Hi, We ordered 2 Split AC's of Daikin 1ton from Snehanjali stores kandivali(w) branch on date:"19/06/2017". We were informed that the order will be delivered in 2-3 days & another lower version model was delivered to us. After highlighting them they apologized and said "We don't have the model that you have ordered. If you want the same model you have to wait for few more days", We had no option apart from waiting. False promises & excuses were given again & again. Final delivery date of 15th July was said, but still we have not received the AC's neither there was any communication from the shop PS: 1 month ago we made full advanced payment of 45, 500 by cheque. Voucher No : CSR4017921 Reference No : K9191137 Attached is the receipt voucher of 1 Ac were 100 rs paid in cash & 25, 400/- was paid by cheque. It has delayed everything...what ever they said was not completed on time... installation is not yesterday done even after 15 days...people are rude ...very bad customer service...I am filing a complain again consumer court...
