I placed an exchange order with SNITCH (Order Number: 6153604, Shadowfax AWB: SF[protected]NTC) which was marked as “delivered” on 11 December 2025, 8:30pm However, I have not received the product to date.
Key points of the issue:
I never received any OTP or call from the delivery agent unlike SNITCH's claim
No OTP verification was taken from me by the delivery agent
Despite repeated follow-ups, the issue remains unresolved.
Actions Taken:
I have called Snitch support every day since the claimed delivery date
Raised multiple tickets through chat on SNITCH app and email. (Tickets - #556494, #095985, #314454, #898769, #723057)
The SNITCH customer support team repeatedly promised updates within 24–48 hours and even a 30-minute callback, none of which happened.
Recently, the customer support team has stopped calling back and even drops calls abruptly during conversations.
This behavior reflects gross negligence and lack of accountability on the part of Snitch and its delivery partner, Shadowfax.

4. Objective of Complaint
Immediate resolution—either deliver the product or process a full refund within 48 hours.
Investigation into delivery fraud—how was the order marked “delivered” without actual receipt?
Action against poor customer support practices—false promises, abrupt call drops, and refusal to escalate.
Compensation for inconvenience caused by 18 days of chasing without any resolution.
