They have sent me the wrong product twice. In the first exchange, they took around 5 days to pick up the order. Again, they sent me the wrong product. Now it's been almost 2 weeks, shipping partner Delhivery is not even attending the pickup. Neither Snitch nor Delhivery has active customer care service. Both rely on WhatsApp chat agents or feedback. To make it even worse, the product is not showing as a returning product on the Snitch site.
