I placed an exchange order with SNITCH (Order Number: 6153604, Shadowfax AWB: SF[protected]NTC) which was marked as “delivered” on 11 December 2025, 8:30pm However, I have not received the product to date.

    Key points of the issue:

I never received any OTP or call from the delivery agent unlike SNITCH's claim
No OTP verification was taken from me by the delivery...

I bought Snitch top notch 100% Linen navy blue pant from Myntra which is the costliest pant by snitch. However just after 1 wash the colour faded and now it's not at all wearable. It's totally spoilt. I'll share the picture to you.

It was dark navy blue but now it's become light brown. I guess I was cheated and received a Duplicate product after paying huge amount on Linen product.
It's so costly. If it would have been 300-500 rupees of roadside then I wouldn't have asked for help. But It's my hard earned money on this Linen Pants. All Linen pants are too costly. I hope you understand.

I contacted Myntra but they ignored saying it's out of return period. I informed them this is an exception case so with it deal accordingly but they denied. As a Last resort I spoke to Snitch and they also turned away from me without any resolution. I am a comman man and this ₹1459 amount is big amount for me. Please help it's a sincere request. I need some resolution.

They have sent me the wrong product twice. In the first exchange, they took around 5 days to pick up the order. Again, they sent me the wrong product. Now it's been almost 2 weeks, shipping partner Delhivery is not even attending the pickup. Neither Snitch nor Delhivery has active customer care service. Both rely on WhatsApp chat agents or feedback. To make it even worse, the product is not showing as a returning product on the Snitch site....

I placed an order on 17th March 2024 and it is still unfulfilled and I have not received any updates on the same. I have been trying to connect with their team but no help. Never gonna buy again, scammers....

We order a shirt and trouser from Snitch . Their material is pathetic and very bad . We are trying to return the clothes but it is not letting us return it .
Tehri customer service is very irresponsible and they do not care about customers at all.

I purchased a navy cargo pant from snitch but aa it was not my size had to exchange it but due to some reasons it got cancelled after the product was taken from us, now we do not have the product plus we also lost money, we keep calling them every 2-3 days and its been almost a month now and still haven’t received my money. very irresponsible customer care and plus worst management. they are looting us in broad day light....

I have placed order for a product with 7 days return policy which have been delived to me on 25 october and i am trying to return item since 24 ict but now they are denying to return the item as they are saying by default on site it has been mentioned 7 days return but in actual this item is not returnable .thay are making fool of the customer.how would i know about their hidden policy. I have placed order after checking return policy.

Few days back I ordered a jeans from their app. Last year also I purchased one shirt and jeans which were very good and I really liked the quality . So I thought to order a jeans, but after opening the parcel why I received, was not acceptable. A completely unironed, faded jeans which is completely different from the picture that was shown, discolored and a complete different jeans I got, which seemed like an old used product they sent me....

They are taking Your work hard money and misusing it

Please don't buy in any Case, Courier Partners are not aware of order pick up which they have are ready to pick up without acknowledgment

Customer care is useless, No support in their name, they don't know how to handle giving lame reasons, they were on holiday blah blah!!!
Guys be safe it will be on crash anytime they are the biggest fraudster online right now.

Received my order with used clothes without any tags and dirty from the collar. When Tried to file for a refund the site crashes and they clearly mentions that no refund for clothes without tags.
DO NOT buy from this brand. I will make sure no one from my family and friends buy from this brand.

I will brought a means in rs1994, then it is not a good quality .After that I will retry this product but return payment is not credited in my account .I will call switch customer care he will tell me that your refund amount is credited .so please help me for this refund amount.

I have placed order on3rd April and still no product has been dispatched or shipped and their customer service is not responding. One of my item got canceled and got a mail about refund for that particular product but still not received any amount. This is total scam.
Please do anything ASAP.

I ordered a shirt from snitch.co, am online clothing platform like Amazon or Myntra. My offer got cancelled by the seller without any reason after few days of order. And my money hadn't been credit back to me. Still there's no messages regarding this refund is given. They don't respond over email or other medium. This is pure case of scam. This company has doing advertisement on famous tv shows and with actors and all. But they just don't deliver items and take customers money. Please do something about this.

I have ordered 'buy1get1' product where is exchange or return is not available, but while ordering this they haven't shown any message or popup that exchange/return is not available for that product, may be it is written somewhere in there policy, but customer wont read all policies, if snitch have 1000 policies why should i read all that policies, i dont have that much time to real all policies, im buying clothes from 10 diff websites so shall i keep reading their thousands of policies? policies which impact on customers daily purchases that should be shown while buying the product.
now snitch is not receiving my call not calling me back, they have given me very low quality product, i ordered product on basis of the statement 'we are giving quality like h&m and Zara' in shark tank show, but they are not maintaining such quality so its a lie to customer.. its a fraud

I have ordered snitch shirt on 4th March 12:17pm its been 3 days order is still not processed and I Ave tried to contact customer support they were not responding and picking up my calls

I have placed an order on 28th July it’s been already more than 4 days the status has not been changed .

Meanwhile I have dropped multiple mails to the customer support team but there has been no response from their end .

I ordered a jeans from SNITCH ...even after 15 days order not received .

I'm trying to connect customer care...but connected ... finally after connecting... simply saying...due to weather conditions order not delivered .

The Product is in Chevella which is 50 km away from Hyderabad ... snitch people asking me to go and collect from there if not cancelling...

Order number 497559 shows refund was processed but it didn't, customer service just brushed off saying they did refund. Looks like a scam or business about to go bust.

On 2 April 2022 I order a T-shirts fork snitch and due to some reasons I had to cancel it. They didn’t even messaged me about my cancellation status and when will refund be made.
