Few days back I ordered a jeans from their app. Last year also I purchased one shirt and jeans which were very good and I really liked the quality . So I thought to order a jeans, but after opening the parcel why I received, was not acceptable. A completely unironed, faded jeans which is completely different from the picture that was shown, discolored and a complete different jeans I got, which seemed like an old used product they sent me. Immediately I requested to return..and they accepted it but the thing is, they really think people are fool.. they use a very disgusting business strategy to retain their customer.. they think even after a horrible experience, people will shop again from them. They use a very bad return policy.. while making the return they will force you to choose the option of getting refunded what they want you to choose. There is only one option you can choose that is you will get the refund only through store credit. At that time I had no other option to choose, so I choose it as I have to return it. Now I am requesting them to refund directly into my account but they are denying to refund directly . They are saying I can get the refund only through store credit . But what shall I do with the store credit ?? Forcefully they want me to shop again from them ? Already I had a very bad experience, then why shall I choose them again ?? Isn't it a valid reason of mine ? When I told them this they said no direct refund for cod order.. so what ?? I paid the amount right and I paid extra 150 for shipping. Then why can't they refund my money back directly ? What's their problem doing so ??
I just need my money back directly refunded into my account . Kindly look into this matter and help me getting my money back. This is my calling number ([protected])
