[Resolved] So Services — I want to cancel my id and I do not pay any amount | |||
Sir, i had registered on clickindia and 1 day i received a call from so service, they told me there is work form home opportunity and you have to fill 2200 hundred forms in 20 days, and they will pay me rs 25 for each form and and they told me to install and android app and do digital signature and in that they sent me one contract and i sign that after that i got email from [protected]@gmail.com and in the email they had sent me instructions "as per contract with you, we are here by attached your call verification, Sign agreement which is verified with your location kindly go through it. After completion of my sign up process i found many complaints in google and what ever the mail id they have provided for helpline - [protected]@gmail.com i called the help line numbers and i want to cancel my contract but they are saying that even if you cancel your id you have to pay 7524 rupees utility charges, i said did not utilized your service yet? Why should i pay? Aug 15, 2018 Complaint marked as Resolved I got call from SO services (shweta Patel, Ph no:9904407004). She told me that mark as resolve your complaint and send me screen shot which is resolved and she gave me a new email ID [email protected] she told me that you don't get any calls from SO services and she assured me that you wont get any problem and i will close your complaint from my side with in 15 min | |||
