When we booked flat in sobha silicon oasis, assistant manager mr. Abhilash gave us an offer of two gift vouchers of fifty thousand each. He didn't give us that in written and when we asked also he was reluctant to give it in written and informed us that he had taken care of everything and we would receive the vouchers shortly. But after that he never answered our calls and now the senior general manager sanjith p says that he cant do anything as there is no proof of such an offer given.

We strongly believe that this is a clear case of cheating by sobha. Otherwise why didn't the salesman who is well aware of sobha's policies didn't give us that in writting? Is this the sales strategy followed by sobha? Is sobha that much desperate to sell the units by giving false promises to customers?

Bought a premium flat from sobha developers in their silicon oasis project. Going by their brand name i had full confidence of their quality of service and i was assured that we would be treated well. While we were buying the property their service, reciprocation, treatment everything was great. Once the flat is sold out here you go. You are nothing for them. Sales people not even acknowledge the email forget about getting any response to your queries. If you try reaching to them over the call they will cut the call sending message that we are busy and will revert. But they never revert. They have levied penalty for delayed payment (That too withot any fault of mine). Sales guys had promised that we will talk to finance and take care of that but nothing happened. I don't know whom to approach for the help as they are the contact point for us. If you reach their crm team they will ask you to talk to sales people. I tried many a times to speak to sales guys in person and over the call but they never entertain.

I had also received sobha privilege card for shopping etc but it is without any pin and i cannot use it. Eve after multiple email i am not getting any response. I feel like cheated. Whom shall i reach out to. Can someone help?

I'm facing problem regarding manager and security people working in sobha nagsandra. As they are not responding to the appartment. And i'm facing issues regarding parking a car in visitors parking. Kindly solve the problem that i have been facing through. I hope this complaint gives me right reply n solve my problem. Thanking you snowa.

We have recently shifted in sobha carnation kondwa pune.

The flat was vacant since it was bought and the flat has been occupied recently (Aug 2017).

We have noticed the water in all 3 bathrooms does not drain into the scupper and instead collects on the opposite side, it seems the masons have missed to create an incline causing water to reach the scupper, we have to scoop the water after every usage of showers which is a bit annoying, and this can in future create problems of seepage to flat below if water not drained off.

We would require a rectification of ill designed inclination of the bathroom flooring tiles as the construction was provided a 10 year warranty period and same is still covered under it.

With reference to sobha Indraprastha Flat in Bangalore are selling less than what we have booked and paid in 2014, so I need to know as we have been paid for the flat almost Rupees 11, 000/-sq.feet, which now sobha offering to new customers less than Rupees 9, 000/- sq.feet for the same flat, so I need to know how Sobha is selling less than what we paid and also charged interest for delay in payment, even the project delayed to March 2019.
We need to know how to cancel the both the Flat B1142 and C-1143 and get back our money which we paid to sobha.please let us know otherwise i have file case in India & in Dubai against Sobha Limited over charging and delay in Project by almost one year.We need know why it has been selling less than which we booked otherwise, please confirm how to cancel my flat and how get my refund which i have already paid to you.

I had blocked a Sobha appartment in their pre-launch property Sobha palm court bangalore by paying 50, 000 rupees. but after 2 days I decided to wait some more time and requested the Sobha sales manager Prasad to refund...

But after another 2 days he said they don't do any refunds and also did not did not even provide any receipt for the amount paid... now he insisting to book any property and he can transfer the booking amount but cannot refund.

Please find following defects noticed in my Flat A2 1021 Sobha Cinnamon Bangalore.
a) The Floor side (skirting)panels have suddenly dropped off recently (photo 1)
b) Wall paint peeling off, due to internal leakage and wall getting damp. I had to repaint this wall 3 times, but problem continues.

We are surprised on such fundamental structural defects within 4 years of construction.

Solution required from Sobha:
a) The Floor side (skirting)panels which have fallen to be restored ; all panels in the house to be checked & corrected to prevent similar issues in future.
b) The root cause of water leakage to be addressed and the wall painted.

I have purchased sobha apartment deluxe apartment by paying 1.4 cr and got it registered in october 2015. While booking i also opted for additional car parking and paid. The registering process completed in oct 2015 including parking area without mentioning parking number.
After follow ups, it took year to allot parking and i was informed by mail back to back parking. I was allotted non motorable slot where the pillars are blocking me i requested them to change the parking but they refuse to do anything.

The access to parking is unscientific and faulty design and very narrow space to move the cars. Particularly big size cars huge problems just cannot not manage.

Similarly, many others also facing the parking problems in sobha forest view - oak basement parking

While questioning them, builder says it's as per the bda guidelines and planning sell one more car space to me..

I recently moved in with a couple of girls who were already staying in a flat at a Sobha society. The manager constantly keeps asking me to come and "submit details" but it is clear that he wants money. He hasn't asked this of any of the other girls. He is not attending to any of our maintenance requests, nor letting anyone do so, even though we pay our dues religiously. Who can I go to with this? He is literally harassing us now.

I bought a flat in Sobha Elite in Nagasandra in Feb 2014 and I was told that I do not have to pay the 1st year's maintenance. I was also told that after the first year, the association will decide how much maintenance we have to pay thereafter. However, it's not even 4 months since I bought the flat and I have been asked to pay the maintenance immediately, starting from July 2014, which is not even 4 months after I bought the flat. I tried contacting the sales person and he directed me to the legal department and I was asked to send an email to some people with this complaint. I sent an email copying the sales guy, the legal department and the CRM team, but no one has even replied to my emails so far. I am completely disappointed with the Sobha team about the lack of after-sales service and the false promises they gave while selling this flat. Since some of my services in my flat has been revoked for non-payment of maintenance, I am forced to make a payment now since I have to pay 24% interest on top of it if I don't pay. It will be great if I know how I need to pursue this. Thanks, Ravindra

Hi this is Santosh Kumar Rai.this is with the regards of my PF Settlement.

My PF No. KN/23026/8156, it has been submitted on 5th of May-2011 to Bangalore PF office.
Today is 11th of August-2011, still i have not got credited in my given account.
and whenever i check it with Bangalore PF office i get different answer from them.
online when ever i check it shows that it is in process.
normally it takes 2 to 3 months to get credit.
please help me in this matter.

I am S.Geetha (KN/BN/23026/4827) and I have submitted PF drawal application to PF office at Richmand Circle, Bangalore on April 2011. But till date, I didn't get even part claim also and eventhough I have called PF office, nobody answered.

i have booked a flat in magnolia, as i have paid and advance of 25 lakhs as advance for 3 bhk flat, as the builder promised me to give 7th floor flat to me , but suddenly he is telling that he will give only on 4th floor west facing which in 7th floor has been given to some other people for higher price

so please can any one help on this

I am pissed off with Sobha and unfortunately never read any of these websites before paying them for the appartment. I had booked an apptt at Sobha Carnation, Outer Ring Road.

I wish to go to consumer court as any other court would simply cost too much money and hold their one-sided agreement as binding. It’s crazy that a public listed company can get away by cheating highly literate / educated people like us.

Myself Kenson, worked for Sobha developers ltd in Bangalore & as well as Pune (infosys site) has resigned by the middle of Nov-2007. By that time, the Hr said after the full & final settlement, the PF will be credited. The ful & final Settlement was done on April 2008. Till now it is not credited.Through their last mail, the Hr said the Pf paers will be moved to PF office. Is it done. MY PF no is : KN/23026/4078.
