[Resolved]  Sodexo — sodexo not reversing my amount charged twice for same transaction

I have registered complaint no sr[protected] on 25 april 2020 regarding charging twice for same transaction by vendor.
I have contacted sodexo customer care at least 8 times till date and every time i got answer that complaint will get resolved in 24- 48 hrs.
It's not got resolved yet. This is absolute example of pathetic customer care service by sodexo and no values for customers.
This the example how sodexo is cheating with customers.
