My existing card got expired on 31/08/2023. Since then i'm following up for my new card to be delivered. SODEXO has issued new card, but not delivered yet. I've been following up with customer care several times, notifying the change of address. they always say that card is returned undelivered. I wonder when other items are being delivered to my new address, why SODEXO card is undelivered. its already 3months, my money is lying but unable to use its services. when i follow up i just get the response that it will be delivered, but nothing is happening. the last ticket raised against this issue is Interaction ID – #SR[protected]. Kindly get this issue resolved as am facing lot of inconvenience.

    My issue is on 24 Jun I have deposited 3700 into Sodexo gift card which is not possible. Those ammount did not credited back to my parent account nor to sodexo.

    I have called many times to get back money. 3 months are completed, but my issue is not resolved yet.

    When I called to Sodexo team every one is giving me different answers and not resolving the issue.

    When I called last time one girl is telling like our person will call you in 3hrs. But no response yet.

    I am loosing my patience. I am going to tree raise complaint against Sodexo and team.

      Dear team,
      With respect to subjected complaint no SR[protected] for the amount of 2000 rs which was deducted from my account and not received in merchant account on 12. 07.2023

      Since then, myself continuously follow up with our team via customer care number .

      As confirmed by Sodexo Customer care representative on 22 july thT THE AMOUNT HAS BEEN RECEIVED BY SODEXO BACK AND YOU WILL GET CREDIT IN YOUR ACCOUNT BY 2-3 DAYS.
      THEN again I enquired on 25 july as it was not happen . again your representative told that it will happen on Monday ( I.e today) but no credit yet.

      Then just now I called to customer care and now reply that is surprise that the amount not reversed.

      Now tell me. Which one is right among all sodexo representative to which I had spoken .

            Sodexo is issuing new cards and have asked all existing card holders to use the balance within 3 months before 30th June 2023.

            There is no option to transfer balance from old card to new card even though the old cards have enough time to expiry.

            No one replies to the mails nor anyone picks up when contacted on their grievance number.

            This is unfair on the part of Sodexo that they will just enjoy consumer money just because they want to issue new cards! It is a clear fraud which the government agencies should consider.

              We hardly have any restaurant accepting sodexo card for payment. The few pizza outlets accepting it will not have any item of ₹50 which the government has setup per meal.
              Previously ecommerce websites used to accept but they have slowly removed option and say for selected items can be used which are rarely found.
              Swiggy or zomato apps do accept but the amount of extra charges for a meal easily reaches ₹100 above the food cost. We need this meal card banned.

                I visited KFC outlet which showing under
                sodexo Marchant list and ordered food and when I told them to accept the payment through the sodexo meal card they rejected to accept it. When I asked for a reason they said the swap machine (Pine Lab) does not have an option to accept sodexo card. After that I asked them to give me QR code to scan and pay. But they don't have it and asked me to pay through cash or Debit/Credit card. It's already been more then 50 days since I reported the issue First time to sodexo. When I call customer care
                to follow up they just told me we engaged Marchant team and will provide update everytime. They never having any update on the issue from 13th Jan till today (28th Feb).

                Worst customer service experience.

                  I have registered with sodexo in the year 2020 and did not received the card till date. I am chasing up with them on emails and calls but no luck. The customer executive says request is escalated and the card would be delivered in 7 days. Nodal officer does not reply on email.

                    Replacement of expired card

                    Sodexo never issued a replacement physical card till now.

                    They asked for activation. When activation done from my side even then their systems don't activate my card.

                    Whenever calling customer care they say it's a technical problem. And I'm getting the same response for the past 5months.

                    I have opted for sodexo card in the last month, I have activated the card, Money has been deducted from my salary account for the purpose of sodexo balance but not been added to sodexo account yet . It's been more than a week, Disappointing to say the least

                      My Sodexo meal and multibenefit card was issued in 2019 and in October 2022 it got expired. I have been chasing the customer care since 2 weeks but unable to reach them. Even after waiting for so long on the call it says technical error cannot reach customer care. On sending email they don't respond regarding card replacement but provide a link for card activation which is not yet needed since I have to be first issued with a new card

                        Money not credited in my meal pass since last two months_vikrant

                        Even after confirming twice from the customer care executive i have still not received my hard earned money in my sodexo meal pass. Sodexo has partnered with my company and every month my money is debited but i'm receiving any money.

                        Zomato order cancelled but amount didn't refunded

                        Address: B1, master paradise apartment, erumapalayam, salem 12

                        Ordered food on zomato. After paying the amount from sodexo meal card, the order cancelled. The amount has been deducted from the sodexo account and the hotel didn't received the payment, so the order got cancelled. And the deducted amount have not been refunded to the sodexo account....

                            I have made a transaction from SWIGGY for an order for which payment got deducted twice. Raised many requests to SODEXO but the issue has not been resolved yet. Every time I get an answer team is looking into it or some merchant confirmation which I have reverted them after checking with the merchant(i.e, Swiggy). On many repeated conversation and complaints. I still did not get the refund back of Rs.1008

                              Sodexo — Card balance not getting updated.
                              I received my Sodexo cardcard ending with 0718) a week ago and I haven't been able to use it as the balance is not getting updated. I emailed the Sodexo company but they closed my case Sodexo balance not updated - SR[protected] without providing any resolution. I want a speedy resolution as I want to be able to use the card.

                                I have purchase A One super market.

                                They ask 3% additional amount over bill amount asking that sodexo charge the same in my account, the market biller said.

                                I have no option legt as i spend nearly 1 hour to collect yhe grocery items for my house.

                                This is the first time i use sodexo, neither my corporate employer nor the sodexo clarify about the same earlier.

                                  I had placed an order on EATCLUB app from my Sodexo card. The payment was completed, but the order failed. Since the money was debited, it must have either reached EATCLUB or reverted back to me, but EATCLUB says that it hasn't reached them, and neither I have recieved a refund.

                                      Hi, I should have received amount of 2200 in my sodexo card this month, but it’s already been 4 days since the amount was credited but in application I do not see it updated.

                                      Card ending 2963. I see that the company is crediting it for many people recently. Kindly resolve and credit my amount. I am getting no response from anyone in your team.

                                          In the sodexo meal pass card last four digits 1301 the balance is not yet added although the kyc has been complete a long ago. Every time i call or email sodexo their reply is that my kyc is approve and balance will be credited. It is now almost a week i am hearing this and the balance is never credited in my meal pass. Strict action must be taken on sodexo as they are not adding my hard earned balance in my meal pass and instead they are using my money somewhere. They have the worst service.

                                              I am a Sodexo user. My account was dormant for a year between October 2020 and October 2021. While my account has been re-activated now, I still haven't received the balance which was withheld during this period. I have tried reaching out to Sodexo through their customer care services, but the experience has been very frustrating. I haven't received any response from Sodexo so far. I want a refund as they have wrongfully withheld a portion of my hard-earned salary without my consent.

                                                Old card expired- new card not reached me

                                                My old card got expired. the new card has to be provided before the expiry date. 2 months back expired. card still not reached me.
                                                the phone service by sodexo is too worst. there is no one in other side to answer the customers. i have waited in call for more than one hour.
                                                Very worst customer support...

                                                Unable to use the amount loaded to my multibenefit pass

                                                Hi,

                                                I have Rs 3, 511 in my sodexo multi benfit pass which was loaded by my previous employer on 28 Oct 2020.
                                                I also understand that we have a validity of 3 years, but I am unable to use this amount and I get transaction declined
