Softywoman.com — I have ordered on oct 16 I did online payment but still now I have not received the parcel

I don't know what the problem with softy woman i paid 1556 online i have not recieved that parcel and the site is under maintaince no customer care is responding send the parcel or else refund the money i am calling to the customer care they r not reply pls solve my problem as soon as possible i have ordered on oct 16 nearly one month crossed no mess from them
