I ordered lehenga and 1 leggin from softy woman website in diwali season. i had done Rs. 688 transaction by online payment. they told me that my order will receive in 4th november 2019. still i have not received my order. i tried to contact with customer care but not lifting my call and now that number showing switched off. last 3 months this site is under maintaince. please help me to solve this issue....

Have booked my order#99489 dated 25th oct 2019 on softywoman.com and also order and payment confirmed by them. And delivery for the same was on 7th nov 2019 but still i didn't get any product. I have also requested for refund through their site. They are also not responding call or any message or email. This is looks like fraud. Please raise the complaint. Thanks......

I have ordered items from this site on 25 october and made payment online. Despite this, i have still not received any product or refund from them. Not do they have provided any reason for delay. Nowadays they site and mobile are also not working. Please help me in this regard and either make them gave me product or refund my money. This is a serious matter....

I don't know what the problem with softy woman i paid 1556 online i have not recieved that parcel and the site is under maintaince no customer care is responding send the parcel or else refund the money i am calling to the customer care they r not reply pls solve my problem as soon as possible i have ordered on oct 16 nearly one month crossed no mess from them...

I ordered am outfit which had to be delivered on 9th November. But I haven't got my order delivered yet. I paid 750 for that. And the site is not working. It has been showing "site under maintenance" for quite a long period now. I made a call to their customer service but there is no response. I mailed them. Again, no response. I've totally lost faith now. Please help me get a refund asap....

My wife has ordered a product from the website softwoman.com in mid oct, 2019 and paid rs. 796 online. Initially the website mentioned that the product will be delivered in nov, 2019. Ironically, there was no option of cancellation of the order. We waited till 16.11.19. However from 17.11.19, the website is shown to be under maintenance and till date neither there is no trace of product nor the money has been returned. We have filed a complaint...
