I ordered am outfit which had to be delivered on 9th November. But I haven't got my order delivered yet. I paid 750 for that. And the site is not working. It has been showing "site under maintenance" for quite a long period now. I made a call to their customer service but there is no response. I mailed them. Again, no response. I've totally lost faith now. Please help me get a refund asap.

I ordered a dress worth 500 Rs. and it was to be delivered on 7th Nov. Not got the product nor any refund. This was the first transaction with this company for me and thought No e-mails working, no site working, no customer care response. Totally lost faith on online purchases.

Please help.

I placed an order on oct19 they said I will get it by 4th of Nov ..while I checked in their website it said it's under maintenance..I donno what the [censored] is happening..no reply for my mail too..such a fraudulent site.

Ordered for a churidars suit and paid thru online. Received a couple of responses saying that the order was WIP and could possibly get delivered by 2nd Nov. However after that no response on mails nor phone calls. Now the site is too under maintenance. This is a fraud site and any help in retrieving the money just greatly appreciated
