I ordered lehenga and 1 leggin from softy woman website in diwali season. i had done Rs. 688 transaction by online payment. they told me that my order will receive in 4th november 2019. still i have not received my order. i tried to contact with customer care but not lifting my call and now that number showing switched off. last 3 months this site is under maintaince. please help me to solve this issue.
