I have purchase a new 60 hp tractor from sonalika agency sasaram(Bihar). My tractor get heated too much. And also have contact to your Engineers, but engineers not responding well.This is the pick season for me, every day I have a loss of[protected], and engineers told me that he will come after 16 th April, Please tell me what can I do, and how can I Pay loan amount.

I Bhoopan Devi Purchased Tractor DI 745 from Rajeev Tractors Agency from Aonla Bareilly-UP in October 2013.
Now I am Facing a Major Problem in Sonalika Tractor DI 745 when taking a load then Engine has been closed during one weak. The Engineer visited at my Premised by Dealer Provided on orally Complained but could not rectify the same Problem till date.
Now I Request you to send a Senior Engineer from your Company and Resolved...

Recently Sonalika tractor battery was exploded while restarting the tractor at 1 pm
Informed to local Sonalka authorized dealers, draksharama, East godawari, Anadhra Pradesh.
Service person of Anar raza battery inspected and identified that high voltage from dyanmo
causing explosion.

Please investigate the design of dynamo and investigate the root cause battery explosion due
to dynmo

We are the residing in C 20, Sonlika Apartement since 1999. After so many time we complaint against the builders for illegal encroachment. But till date there is no positive response from the GDA side. So we request and pl look into the matter and hope to get positive response from your side.

we are facing acute problem for car parking and also for illegal encroachment

I am already complaint on 23.12.2011 in your complaint site. But I am sorry to say that till date neither I am getting any response nor you take any action against to the builder.
Again I am mentioning the same complain to you & pl look in to the mater & hope to get the response & take the action against the builder for occupied the parking area illegally and also build up the shop in the parking area.

hope you look in the matter otherwise I have no option to take legal action.

Dear sir,
I purchase a RHINO RX ROYAL Engine No. G2408509L00299 Chassis No. SARDPVA006551 from M.T.C Enterprise (ENTER NATIONAL), MANKARA,AKHER MILL STOPAGE on 1/06/2010. After purchase i found lots of problems in vehicle like suspension, Dynamo, Master cylinder, pump electronic switch and Tyre. Company has changed some pats but the same problem has been comes again. Due to which i suffer a lot. I puchase it wih the help of loan provided by United Bank Of India Nabadwip. In warranty period such type of problems occur then what will happen in future. My bank installments are due for last three months. I surrender my vehicle to workshop of MTC ENTERPRISE for last 7 months. I already give a prayer to district consumer disputes redressal forum nadia at Krishnagar case no 54/cc/11/54 dated on 08/06/2011.
Sir, through this prayer i want my investment in vehicle should be returned.Your co-operation will be highly appreciated.

i harvinder singh purchased tractor di750 two monthes back 200 hours run so many trobles in the tractor but service is not good it was purchased from vishkarka tractor ladwa my mob no. [protected] it had brack problem horn not working engine is vibrating too much

I P.VIJAYA BHASKAR, purchased a vehicle (rhino-sonalika) at L.B.NAGAR, HYDERABAD, showroom in the year 2008 july and as this was financed by their own finance which is International Autotrac Finance Limited and their Regd.office is at Hoshiarpur, Jalandhar road, Punjab.

I repaid their loan completely to their Hyderabad representatives in the month of may"2010 by the cheque no.020040 of HDFC Bank Hasmathpet Bowenpally, secunderabad of Rs.250000=00 and settled it and in couple of days they had issued me N.O.C. too for the hypothecation termination and now they are demanding us to pay the due amount.

i brought a sonalika tractor from the showroom at keonjar district of orissa.the dealers mobile no is [protected].while going for registration in my district RTO i found it has alrady been register in others name.I have availed a loan from near by commercial bank.Although i have tried several times no step is taken by the showroom dealer.What will i do now?Plz advise me.Be aware of these type of Sonalika dealers.

Respected sir I had purchase tractor in last month but right now tractor engine fail so dealer and company are not support me if tractor is under worranty then they are heritege to me .so I have no trust him so please help me i had every time complain his engineer , when I purchase. But they r not solve it then right now engine fail so I am not satisfied in his service and tractor so please sir can u help me for my refund

myself is residing in hoshiarpur city & booked a cylinder here with indane gas ageny. in dec 09 third week .after waiting for one week whn i enquired about t he cylinder they said they visit our residance but cant delivared the cylinder as nobody was there.. this is nt true .again i booked cylinder on last day of 2009 & after waitng for another 9 days i have still not received the cylinder & also they are not picking ther phone after so many times i tried to contact them .

i bought a car in dec2008,they offer me scheme for car on road price 677497rs company finance of 554000rs.Down payment of 142191rs.i made a down payment cas & one advance emi of Rs13435.i bought the car through broker named as RANIL INTERNATIONAL.i forward the down payment to the ranil international.when i go to the company ranil international gurgoan the say me ENGIEN are not in warranty.i am hanging betwin icml & ranil international.i paid one of month 13435 of march 2009.
my car is traveled 29000 kms.
what can i do sir.

almost all the companies (viz., car, bike etc) showing prices of their products.
minor variation in prices may be avoidable but, in case of tractors variation in original and marketing prices are much wide and may range between[protected]/- per tractor).
tractor companies not providing pricelist (mrp) on their sites, pumplets and to banks(where tie-ups made).
dealers providing price list formated on MS-excel which is un-authenticated.
under such circumstances farmers are bound to purchase tracotrs on higher prices either directly or through bank finance.
bank head offices communicating to branches tractor financing as a effective tool to meet their direct agri. targets as failure in targest achievement lead to deposition of difference to RIDF at low intt.
under this situation farmers and bank branches are bound to purchase/finance as per dealers cost.

Down payment of 141000 Rs
I made the down payment cas
& one advance emi of Rs 13750

I bought the car through broker Named as Krishna motors
i forward the downpayment to the krishna motors
they give my car without registration
and now till the date the car registration is not done
when i go to the company N.K Motors Ahmedabad
the say me that broker not give anough payment to produce sale letter
I am hanging betwin Krishna motors & N.K Motors
I paid to emi of month 13750 of JUNE 2009
13750 of JULY 2009

my car is traveled 15000 kms plus
what can i do sir

the company make a working day against the election holiday, and we are working continously from last 21 days without any holiday, which is against labour law .company is still make sunday as working day without paying any kind of extra money to employee.
so please register a complaint against sonalika international tractors limited and take the suitable action as soon as possible.
