Sonalika — Tractor Against issue | |||
My name is Vipin Kumar. I am from Sutana village, Panipat district, and I am a farmer. I purchased a Sonalika tractor 60DI on 09/10/2024 from your dealer Yogesh Tractors. The agency’s address is Opposite Essar Petrol Pump, Barsat Road, Noorwala, Panipat 132103. After taking the tractor home and working in the fields, the gearbox started having problems. I called the agency, and their technical team came to my field, opened the tractor’s gearbox, repaired it, and left. After that, I faced the problem 5-6 times, but the agency is not ready to provide a solution. The agency owner gave me the contact number of Prince Kausal ji, who is the Haryana head of Sonalika company, but he does not pick up my calls, which is causing me a lot of trouble.
