From two days 24 Oct tractor fell in field, i called akola maharashtra sonalica service manager swami but he was not received my phone, now season of soyabeen is running it's bad service of sonalica akola we loss this season and daily loss 10000 rs.. He is only best in selling tractor after sold his behavior changed, please take appropriate action on that dealer and solve my problem.

I have taken the new tractor sonalika 745 iii di (Sikandar) on 2018 from sonalika showroom aurangabad..
The tractor is not talking the load..
And not giving the average too.
The showroom owner is saying that our showroom is off and we can't send the service mechanic to you.
Saying that do the servicing from the local but "if company is ready to take the responsibility of warranty and garenty of the tractor" then i'll take it from local...
Try to resolve my problem fast..
Otherwise i'll complaint in consumer court for the same

With respect to inform you that i have been purchase a tractor sonalika from yours dealer shiom tractor saraipali tehsil saraipali dist mahasamund cg pin 493558 on dated 05 may 20 dealer says for registration in not happing due to covid 19 but govt of cg allow new vehicle registration since 15 may and another local dealer of tractor are doing registration easily then contact to dealer why he not doing registration then he says i have pending of renewal of my dealership, i if he pending dealership then how to sold tractor, if any pending related to dealership please urgent solve the problem and give the vehicle no as soon as possible. I am fan of sonalika tractor if you not giving proper service than we have substitute in many tractor on market. This is un favourable for both side me and yours company.

I have purchase a sonalika tractor 745 on dated 05 may 20 due to lockdown in cg online portal is not working now 17 may online cg registration portal is available and my dealer is not doing registration i have paid fully money one time he is rolling my money, so you are order to register my new vehicle and provide me registration no as soon as possible otherwise we are left to service from sonalika company we have many option in market.

I do not get engine sparts for 10 days but they are fully responsive to how you can get customer support and service in any showroom all over maharashtra and i have my comlaint. Get the answer

I took a new tractor a few days ago, I got some technical problem but even though I was in the tractor warranty, I did not get any help from the dealer. My tractor is in the warranty. There are no spare parts of tractor 90-hp available in himachal and rajasthan. There is no one from your company to take responsibility for the parts. By not providing the parts of your vehicles is cheating with your customers and i am buying from sonalika from 8 years and i have faced the problems so many times.
