Sir, my name is Vipin Tanwar. I live in a village called Sutana in the Haryana district, and I am a small farmer. With great difficulty, I bought a Sonalika 60 DI tractor from the Panipat Agency, Yogesh Tractor, located at Barast Road, Noorwala, Panipat - 132103. The agency people cheated me. The Sonalika 60 DI comes in two models: a South model and a North model, and they did not provide me any information about this. When I brought the tractor home and started working, problems began to arise. When I filed a complaint, the agency sent someone to take a look at the tractor and informed me that I had taken the South model by mistake. Now, no one is listening to me. The owner of Yogesh Tractor speaks rudely and is not helping me at all.
I was given a faulty tractor for 6 months. The company people have changed its gearbox 5-6 times, it runs for 5-6 days and then breaks down again. Sonalika is not trustworthy; they do not help and speak rudely. They are deceiving all the farmers by selling faulty tractors like what happened to me. No one should buy a Sonalika tractor
Sir, I have been given this faulty piece by the agency, and in just 6 months, I have received so many complaints. Please help me by changing this tractor and returning my money. Otherwise, if I don't get help, I will have to file a case in consumer court. Please resolve this for me.
