Guys don't plan your vacation trip through sotc and specially banglore, they know only one thing that how to ruin someone's trip. I was planing to travel to dubai in march 2019 and they took 2 months to book each and everything i. E. Flight and hotel, and my trip was held in may 2019 instead in march and the service was disaster. Earlier they book flight as per their own without customer permission and when airline have some problem then they said you need pay more amount to book another flight. Instead of accepting their mistakes they just blaming the customers i. E. This is your fault not ours. Not just the employee who working in sotc banglore having casual behaviour their managers have also casual behaviour. Their mangement don't want to understand customer challenges, specially these guys (Preeti pawar & yuvraj) are deaf and dumb.
So guys if you receive call from these guys or if your call is pick up by these guys then just hang up the call don't listen to these guys
