Sir, i had booked splendid europe - eur232 - 04th october 2018 and suddenly i came to know from email that it is cancelled. No body from booking office had intimated me for this latest status of my tour. Sotc sales office had also offered me splendid europe eur232- 18th october 2018 or any other product as per availability without mentioning the cost to the customers, itinerary and tour program i. E. Places likely to cover in the offered tour. I had also contacted helpline to give the reasons for cancellation and other information, they had also failed to give me the information. I feel that sotc should concentrate to trained their sales office personnel and call center staff to take care the needs of the customers.
