SOTC — Excess amount paid is not refunded

I have booked and completed uttarakhand tour on 15 to 21 April.
As per revised costing was Rs59800/- per couple + GST ., As per old proposal I have paid INR 70, 350/- for the package. I have not received the balance amount even after completing the tour.

No body is replying to mail
