We are two family with 9 members booked and travelled in Company's East Asia Tour of 12 Days in the month of May, 2015. This company not giving proper guidance, welcome Kit and VISA on time, due to this we faces many problems and business loss also.

Please take effective action and arrange meeting with senior office of company.
