We had booked a europe travel for 4 people along with a group of 28. Due to some emergency we 4 people couldn’t travel. Ss per the initial discussion with them, they had assured us to return the deposit if the visa process is not initiated. When we called them they told us once we get your replacement we will refund the amount. Now, they have already got the replacement and the group is even returning back from the tour and still they have not refunded our amount. Now, when we call them they say yes we have to return the amount and we will return by next week. They are saying the same thing from past 3months.
