South Bengal State Transport Corporation [SBSTC] — Action against public harassment and refund my booking amount | |||
Dear Sir, My self Amit Maity, yesterday night I booked two tickets through SBSTC app by online korunamoee to Debra the timing was 7am (karunamoee to salboni). When I came to bus stand today morning around 6:30 am from the ticket counter I get to know that the karumoee to salboni bust of 7:00 am not available. It's simply a harrassment for us. If the bust is not available then why online SBSTC app keep showing that bus and also take booking from online. I paid 200 rupees by online transaction to booke 2 tickets. Kindly refund my booking money back and take some actions against this public harrassment. I am attaching the payment receipt and Bus ticket confirmation for your reference.
