This complaint is regarding violation of Covid 19 guidelines issued by West Bengal government in bus WB39A1350 Karunamoyee - Bankura - via - Durgapur 5:40 on 21/07/2021. The conductor is allowing passengers without ticket and mask. Though it is clearly mentioned that the bus service should operate with 50% capacity the conductor is taking passengers more than allowed numbers and directing them to sit in the seats which are kept for social distancing by the government. The bus is so overcrowded that people can be seen standing also. The conductor himself is not wearing mask properly. I am used to travel in SBSTC from a very long time and cannot expect this kind of violation. I am attaching few photos also. Kindly look into the matter and take necessary steps so that we can avoid falling sick.

    I was travelling from route KOLKATA ESPLANADE-BURDWAN on 15th july, around 6.50 am I tried to book my ticket, But while payment gateway my amount was already debited from my account but I did not receive any confirmation details about my ticket. This query I have already put in email Id too, not received any update. Please address this query ASAP...

      I am travelling from Kolkata Esplaned to Bankura date-16/07/2021 in bus no. WB 39B 3881, bus time-12:00pm. Here the bus driver and conductor are allowing passengers more than 50percent. According to government notice no passengers are allowed to seat in the middle seat of 3seaters but here for extra money benefits of the bus driver and conductor they are allowing people to be seated on the middle seats without tickets and by taking money privately.
      I would like the authority and government to take strict and promt action regarding this serious issues. Cause i believe not maintaining social distancing in this covid situation is harmful for everyone.

          This is to bring to your notice that on 23rd November 2020 a travel was canceled by your company but I have not received any refund till now. Helpline number goes unattended. And no one in the depot is ready to listen.

              I am travelling from burdwan to kolkata(esplaned) date-10/07/2021 in bus no. 3250, bus time-5:45am. Here the bus driver and conductor are allowing passengers more than 50percent.                 I beg to say that Kolkata
                to Malda, bus no. WB39B9141, Date[protected], Friday, bus driver and bus contactor are want extra money from the all public and using strong abuse language to stay there protected. Money takes but not issue the tickets, they takes local people on the ride to the local bus-stop. Be kind using strong actions to their against.

                  i am a regular commutator from karunamoyee to burdwan and vice versa.
                  In this pandemic, it was stated that only 50% passengers to fill the bus. Also, we arent allowed to book tickets online beyond 50% seats. but it seems that the conductor and driver allows passengers beyond 50% to travel, ppl without tickets.
                  kindly look into the matter urgently

                        Today I boarded bus from Karunamoyee en route to Bankura..The journey was Ok till Durgapur..But after that the conductor broke all the Covid Protocoles as made by our CM..All 100% seats were booked..even th gap of 1 seat between 2 seats were breached..Kindly look into the matter as early as possible

                            It was mentioned that Bus will be travelling with 50% capacity but the conductor is allowing everyone with no seats being empty. I am travelling from Kolkata to Midnapore and my bus timing is 8:00am.

                              I am booking a SBSTC bus from Durgapur to Esplanade via red bus app on 15/05/21 at 3pm. But on reaching the City Centre SBSTC bus stop we are informed that the bus which is scheduled at 3 pm is cancelled due to some unavoidable circumstances. So we have to buy new ticket & SBSTC bus authority said that the amount of about 150 will be refunded. The refund is still not coming & the SBSTC authority must be alert enough to inform about all cancelled bus to the passenger.

                                I have booked one ticket from sbstc app on 14th May 2021 for a journey of Midnapore to kolkata at 5:10am bus time.
                                But while I board the bus the conducter refused to accept the reservation and I have paid for that ride.

                                  I have booked a Ticket of Belghoria -Digha bus Seat No:- 18. But the bus isn't came at depot. Waited for 20 mins then Mr. Kashi Nath (Ticket Agent) Arranged a bus at 6:10AM because of not reported bof 5:45AM Bus. But bus conductor and Mr. KashiNath denied to give me my seat as the seat has been sold to another two guys without booking by Mr. KashiNath. He told me to move any other vacant seat if any there....

                                    I booked a ticket NONSTOP FROM KOLKATA TO ARAMBAG ON 6TH MAY 2021. And its confermed but when i go for journey on 7th may 2021 6:30 am. One of passenger said that he has also booked with the same number of seat no 24.we both go to counter but counter confermed that his ticket is valid BOOKED FROM REDBUS. But i booked from SBSTC ONLINE my ticket is not valid. Asked my to REPURCHASE another ticket. How can it possible.Now i want my money back...
                                    And please look into the matter how can you issue two ticket for one seat. And why are you given pririoty REDBUS from your own website SBSTC.
                                    I ATTACHED MY BOOKING HISTORY AND CONFERMED TICKET.
                                    I CANCELLED MY JOURNEY AND WAIT FOR REFUND.
