Hi,

I've booked two tickets from Karunamoyee to Burdwan (Rs: 400). The bus didn't show up and Karunamoyee bust stand ([protected]) never pick up the call. I want my money to be refunded. I have attached the tickets that I booked from online.

Please note the attached paid ticket against which I was supposed to travel to Burdwan from Karunamoyee dt. 20th Apr'21 was cancelled on the date of departure notified at SBSTC bus counter Karunamoyee, due to Bus breakdown issue, which is none of the fault of passengers.

The amount not been refunded of INR. 200 till date even after 72hrs which was committed from the same counter.

I booked two tickets on 12/04/2021 from SBSCT mobile app for KARUNAMOYEE to BURDWAN - Journey Date Time - 15/04/2021(10:45 AM). But unfortunately, the bus was canceled and I didn't receive the refund amount still now.

I had booked a ticket online through the SBSTC app for a trip from Bankura to Karunamoyee in AC Volvo (3.15 pm).
The trip details are Trip date:16/04/3021; Booking ID 23797774; Tkt No P[protected], Booking date:[protected].
The trip was canceled by the operator because of the breakdown (?) of the bus.
I came to know about the cancellation on reaching the terminus and no intimation was received from the operator’s...

Sir,
Booking through the SBSTC app for a trip from Bankura to Karunamoyee on 16/04/3021( Booking ID 23797774; Tkt No P[protected], Booking date:[protected]in AC Volvo (3.15 pm).
The trip was canceled by the operator because of the breakdown (?) of the bus.
I came to know about the cancellation on reaching the terminus and no intimation was received from the operator’s end.
I am yet to receive the refund of Rs 360/- spent on the booking.
Request you kindly look into the matter and oblige.

Address: Burdwan, Alisha bus stand

I had cut my ticket for 7AM Burdwan-Karunamoyee AC bus by online sbstc app but after debiting my money from my account they did not give me a ticket. I had to pay for my ticket again when i boarded the bus. I need my money refunded (Rs. 200) as soon as possible.

We are on board today.This bus enters every bus stand except Bankura.No information provided from the staffs.Conductor is very irrational.Its taking almost 9 long hours to reach Bankura.I am done with the service provided by the team.

WB 39A 3579, Asansol to Karunamoyee. I boarded the bus from burdwan, told the conductor that I will get down from the bus at Dankuni housing bus stop. Driver suddenly changed the route and took a left turn towards delhi road. I told him that I am suffering from ligament injury and would be unable to walk, he absolutely didn't listen to me and carried on, I told him to stop at delhi road dankuni junction and still he didn't listen and stopped the bus near maity para. Is this the SBSTC provide harassment to their passengers??

The bus from Jhargram to Kolkata at 3.30 pm is remained cancelled since the last few days causing a major problem to the passangers as it is the last bus towards Kolkata.

I am waiting in Suryanagar bus stop for going to howrah for S-7 bus route. At about 6:32 am one ni S-7 bus ( no WB05 1132) going through toward howrah with out stopping in suryanagar bus stand. In moring transport service is very few option for going to howrah. Beside this driver of the said bus why not stop after seeing raised hand of mine. Previously same case already happen.
Please do the needful for stopping S-7 bus suryanagar bus stop.

Sir/Madam,

I booked my ticket online from Bankura to Contai where as actual boarding place was Chandra kona Road(C.K.Road) and Travel date was 10.04.2021. At Chandrakona Road, My when bus arrived, it didn't stop at the bus stop, even didn't cared to slow down. Even after trying waving the bus didn't stop.

Here is the details after booking the ticket.

I took sbstc bus from bankura at 3:15. When bus reached near panagarh, it's wind shield broke down suddenly with out any accedent bus was stopped. But SBSTC had no responsibility to adjust the passengers to other bus though it's a long route bus going to kolkata( korunamayee). They gave a false belief and made us stand by the side of road for 1:30 hrs still no bus came to take us. Lastly I booked another private bus with my own responsibility. I missed my flight ( kolkata to delhi). It was very disappointing. I want refund the cost as I want a compensation for my missed flight.

Above is the ticket mentioned. While onboarding, conductor refeausd to provide the reserved seat no, and started shouting. After a lot t of hot discussion he said I, the applicant, is an uneducated person. But at last he given the seat saying we are over educated people.
The behaviour of this conductor was very rude and unacceptable.

I am a daily passenger in sbstc from durgapur to Burdwan in the morning and back to durgapur by last bus at night. But yesterday Mr SISIR SAHA EMP ID 0101329 started screaming at me when I said I will go to trunk road sbstc depot in the same bus as it was 10.30pm and I would not get any other bus . He charged me rs 10 as LUGGAGE charge for going to trunk road depot though I was not having any luggage with me .

Bus conductor gives me ticket of 140 rupees for 2 persons travelling from Bankura to Putulia.

After giving the ticket he asks to return those to him as there is a shortage of ticket.

This is clearly understandable how he robs in the day light.

This is very much unappreciated and I request the authority to take necessary disciplinary action against such cases.

I availed the bus on 24th March near about 11 am from bankura.

It's my painful duty to inform you that my two known person travel in sbstc bus from Asansol to barddhaman. They are going for some carpentry work. They borrowed a luggage which was full of their garments and tools.at the time of boarding the conductor refused to take the luggage and demanding the some of Rs 100/- extra.
We pay some of Rs 100/- and asking for luggage tickets.the tickets details is attached..br...
