I booked 2 seat at 9th march to going bankura at 10th march.. that bus is Karunamoyee bankura ac 3.15 pm .. they take 2 times my money for same seat also ..They didn't stop in baguiati stoppage. And refused that also.. they didn't refund me also didn't arranged me 2 seat
Pls take action .....

My self Amit Maity, yesterday night I booked two tickets through SBSTC app by online korunamoee to Debra the timing was 7am (karunamoee to salboni).
When I came to bus stand today morning around 6:30 am from the ticket counter I get to know that the karumoee to salboni bust of 7:00 am not available.
It's simply a harrassment for us. If the bust is not available then why online SBSTC app keep showing that bus...

I booked two tickets in sbstc asansol karunamoyee but unfortunately bus did not stop at the stoppage point that's why we were supposed to book another ticket .
