I, ride sbstc bus from Nimtouri to Krishnanagar(Esplanade to Digha route). During my journey I realised that conductor behaviour is too bad in simple term rush behaviour. He said that the bus doesn't stop in Krishnanagar stoppage. I said, every time sbstc bus will take passenger from Krishnanagar. Conductor again said that sbstc conductor will decide where bus will stop or not. No one sbstc official authority can do anything. When bus will departure from digha to espalaned that time sbstc take passenger from Krishnanagar stoppage but whenever bus will arrive from espalaned to digha, it's doesn't stop in Krishnanagar.
So, if you help me to solve this problem I will obliged your authority.

    Please note that I have booked two tickets at 6:25 AM from Karunamoyye to Asansol on 09.02.2021 but while going to Busstand it is found that the said bus was cancelled on 09.02.21 without any prior intimation. The seat no is 29, 30 and ticket no is P[protected]. So please refund the payment of booking after verification from yoir end. Online ticket receipt is attached herewith for your reference

    I had booked a ticket from Karunamoyee to Asansol and after I reached in Karunamoyee I found that the bus has been cancelled without any notification. My money has also not been refunded.

      I booked two tickets in sbstc asansol karunamoyee but unfortunately bus did not stop at the stoppage point that's why we were supposed to book another ticket . I simply want to know why we face this type of problem? is there no rule to stop at the stoppage point? and also buses are stop here and there to take passengers. is money worth nothing ?
      i will request to kindly look into the matter as early as possible.
      And i will never book any ticket on sbstc it's my first and last very bad service.

        On 06/02/20 at 09-42 AM I booked one ticket, seat no 1 for going to Asansol from Karunamoyee for the non-ac bus leaving at 06-15AM .for 10/02/2020.The amount for Rs.185/- was debited from my SB A/c through Debit Card o[censored]CO Bank, but the Ticket was not issued. They informed me due to time lapse the ticket could not beissued . But the amont not yet refunded. Later on I visited your counter at Dunlop and informed byi the attendant that the seat was not booked at 09-42 AM. So I booled the same seat no 1 by giving cash for 10/02/2020. Please refund the amount at your earliest .

            I am going from marishda to chandipur. Every day. Sbstc bus fare is 25. But contractor want 30 rs. and behave very rule. I am not espect from sbstc contructor. Please action on contractor.

              On 06.02.2021 we were going to Digha on week end. The bus no WB-39 B-3625 started from Garia at morning 5 am. We have made online booking for the seat. Unfortunately the conductor is picking the passengers who dont have booking rather they are standing on the passage and conductor is taking money . Its not a private bus. In the pandemic situation where the govt is saying lot about social distancing.. Is this a social distancing. Conductor is taking money which don't have any ticket . So its illegal income. As a I am not going to suggest to anyone about SBSTC.

                As we are Nephroplus company India's no1 dialysis care centre. We need to order saline for medical emergency from durgapur as we didn't got transportation service we contacted one of your state bus corporation bus no is WB39A0366 as our staff was unable to set the price as he was a JDA staff they charged us 600 cost of only 4 boxes of saline that is equal to saline cost of 4 boxes. The conducter behaviour was like a stupid fellow...

                  Yesterday I bought ticket for going to Kolkata for my interview...In morning the bus goes through Burdwan town..I was waving my hand to stop but the driver did not stop..So now I am in dilemma that could I be able to attend the interview...I am harrased mentally...I want the refund of my money and want proper action against the driver...

                    Canceled tickets amount yet to be credited in account after 15days of cancellation

                    After cancel my e tickets which number are P[protected] Durgapur to Habra and P[protected] Karunamaye to Durgapur on 20th Jan 2021 but refund amount does not credited till today3rd Feb, I also sent email to [protected]@gmail.com, but there is no response.so kindly solve my problem as soon as possible....

                    Hello,
                    I am Kaustuv Manna, a professor in IIT-DELHI. Today I travelled in a SBSTC bus in the route Badwan to Degha. It reached Ghatal around 9:40 am. I travelled in this bus from Ghatal to Chandipur along with my family. I noticed that the bus conductor is collecting full fare from the passengers and not providing any tickets. Upon arguing, he provides max 30% fare tickets to very few passengers who demands tickets. I think SBSTC authority should make a formal query and take strict action against such unethical practices. Otherwise how the company will provide good service to the passengers. Please let me know if I need to provide any further info. My email: [protected]@gmail.com

                      I was trying to book ticket from suri to kolkata using sbstc app. I was trying to book 2 tickets for Rs 380. Journey date 30.1.21 4.30am. my seat booking was not confirmed but Rs 380 was deducted from my account.

                        Bus driver is driving like a student of bus driving(sikhanobis).in ticket there write down that sbstc knows cost of time of travelars.bus start from haldia at 9.10am.time to reach kolkata in 12.10pm.butnow still we are in bus.bus is reached about after 45munites.bus no-wb39a1892.

                          This is to inform you that I am a traveller of Your good passenger transport service.
                          Currently I am travelling with SBSTC BUS having its registration number being WB 39B 3718 from Kolkata-Dharmatala to Durgapur and the bus was scheduled to start its journey from 11:30 am.
                          During the commencement of journey the driver and the conductor used to allow the transgender to fetch money and has taken unauthorised halt falling which overcrowding takes place.
                          So far the national COVID-19 protocol is concerned overcrowding is not allowed.
                          Under such circumstance you are requested to kindly take appropriate steps of the above mentioned registration number.

                            I want to booking a seat from Burdwan to Karunamoye, want a window side seat. The booking counter person gave me a not in window side though he said window side seats are available.
                            Some passengers get window side seat though they were buying the ticket after me. When I asked him the reason to tell the lie and want to know complaint number and his name. He told me who are you, VIP ??? I am the complainant authority, I am all. His behaviour is so much bad. I am going to attend a examination.

                            So, I requeste to you please take necessary action against him who use false information to sell tickets.

                              This bus didn't stop at Salop today .For that although I have a booked ticket but I didn't get any chance to get into it.
                              I know that Salap is not a stoppage for that bus but then why they make it habitant.
                              This is very pathetic.I just want my money back because as a student rs 180 is very much for me.
                              Last but not least now I have to go back because I have no more another rs 180 to travel to my home.
                              Please take necessary action to return the ticket price.

                                    I was traveling on SBSTC Bus no 4230 (Karunamoy to Asansol via Durgapur at 13.30 on 6 th January 2021)- with my mother who is a handicapped senior citizen. During the journey they were taking passengers even though the bus is full and they were standing right beside us in a confined space, and no social distancing rule was followed at all. Moreover, they were not even asking the passengers to put on mask. The worst case happen at the dropping point when they were taking passengers again and not even given the old woman (my mother) a space to get down. Rather when I protest both the driver and conductor along with the passenger were screaming at us. Is it how state govt. Is taking care of the senior citizens during pandemic???? I request you to take action on this.
