We are regular passengers from Durgapur to Burdwan. We got the bus from Durgapur at 5.50 last night. But after leaving the bus for a while, the conductor told us to get up from the seat of the bus. When we asked why we would get up? He then says I will put whoever I want in this seat. Then we said that these seats are reserved? If there is, I will get up. He said that there is no reserve, I will seat whomever I want. Then he started cursing us with dirty language. He didn't even use a mask.We told her many times to use a mask, but he didn't. This is a very bad expression for all o[censored]s. State Bus is being insulted for some of the conductors. We want his punishment.the conductor name is sumon das. And our set number is 49, 50, 51, 52, 53.

I had tried to book bus tickets for kolkata Esplanade from burdwan on[protected]two times attempts) and an another on today i.e[protected], but none of the tickets were booked but amount deducted from my account of canara bank debit card (details attatched in screenshots /photos) savings a/c no[protected] in the name of Juin Das.
Till now no refund is given.
Pls help.

Bus route Jamuria to esplanade via durgapur, date - 12/10/2020, bus number WB39B2941, BUS seats full but this bus stop all stoppage, more then 15 passengers are standing, without tickets, conductor ask passengers u want ticket either less money ticked rate.
When i ask conductor why extra passengers are allowed covid time, conditioner reply me its not your business, many more parcel also there...

Whats is this ????

During Covid-19 pandemic, all the sbstc buses are overloading passengers which is severely dangerous for all the passengers. Over-crowding buses during a pandemic is against government guidelines. Since SBSTC is not abiding by any protocol - be it sanitization or maintaining the possible social distance, they have recently been kicked out of RedBus. The authority must do something at this point.

I call sbstc asansol depot [protected] for enquiry purpose at 9:45 pm.staff behaving very rudely and use abusive words. He don't know manners and how to behave with a person. If you can please take action. Hope you will take a legal action.

On 18/09/2020 sbstc bus having number wb 39, 1680 karunamoyee to chuchura left karunamoyee on 5pm and there are 10 to 15 passenger who started their journey just after the bus stand were doing force new passenger to stand while there was number of seat vaccant, they pick their familir passenger from different stopages. Conductor were silent. It seems that they are compacted (Used to) with rs 15 per head upto chuchura instead of rs 38 from karunamoyee without ticket. When i aproach, he deniy. Please check cctv, and try to alert them for the sake of good govornance. Conductor threaten me that no one can do anything to him. (He is such 'provabshali')

Just to be on the safer side while travelling in this pandemic, I have booked two tickets for me to travel in a safe way while maintaining social distancing. But passengers in front of the bus conductor (who holds the only power to decide about seats) have told me that it is against the law and I can't avail two tickets at a time to which I have told everyone that if the conductor says so then i will give up my seat. But on repeatedly urging the conductor to speak he didn't utter a single word and kept mum the entire time. I have not get the refund for my ticket as well

I want to know the services for haldia is becoming too difficult and there is huge rush in running services. Only three services are there and there will be minimum 100 passengers every day mainly last bus. Do we have any information for same. We are making our life more complicated for these types of situations. I am sure people are suffering for this transportation issues.

I asked for 2 tickets from Burdwan to santragachi at 6.30 am at Burdwan nababhat sbstc bus ticket counter for 7.35 am bus. But I have only 500 rupee note. I I had requested him kindly accept this for tickets rent. But he said loudly that '' ja korer a6e kore nin, Ami kno ticket debo na''. Finally my wife came infront of me and asked for tickets. Then he given us 2 tickets . I am presently resident doctor at Burdwan medical college and hospital. If you kindly looking into that matter I will highly obliged you...

This is to inform that while online booking a ticket for one of my friend who would be travelling, the session got expired. Money was deducted from bank, however the ticket is not generated. Now while checking the history, transaction is not showing.

Dear Sir,

I am a regular passenger of SBSTC and used to travel from Burdwan to Suri via Panagarh. As the number of buses from Kolkata to Suri is very minimum, I have to take a break service by availing Kolkata Durgapur/Asansol buses and drop at Panagarh Bypass to avail buses from Durgapur to Suri.

But everyday the conductor/driver refused to drop us neither at the approach road nor at the Darjeeling more. Even their behaviour is of don't care type.

Requesting your office to resolve this issue at the earliest and advise all of the driver/conductor to pick up/drop the the passengers from/to Panagarh Bypass.

This ticket is no value for me, i can't submit my office for claim.
Kindly do the needful.

I booked my seat online on sbstc from kolkata to arambagh. My journey date - 22.07.2020 and time -7.30 am. Though i booked online for non stop sbstc bus service on 22.07.2020 at 7.30 am but to my utter surprise when i reached the bus terminus to start my journey i was informed that the non stop service has been discontinued suddenly without even updating the website and informing passengers.
I have paid rs 85/- for non stop journey but i was provided an all stop bus service from kolkata to arambagh which cost rs 65/-. Even when i boarded the bus the concerned seat no 11 which i booked online was not provided to me stating that on all stop bus service there is no alloted/booked seat.
I request you to kindly reimburse the extra charge of rs 20/- (85-65) which i have paid as soon as possible. Please also note that this kind of sudden change /downgradation of service is highly unwelcome since i was unable to comply with time and also i was denied my preferred advance booked seat no. 11.

The assigned ticket checker of 3 pm karunamoyee asansol sbstc bus asked for luggage fare without ticket. He was demanding 100 rs to 300 rs... The very interesting fact that mr ajoy kumar bose, emp. I'd.: t-62130 was present at the scenario. Both of them snatched my mobile phone and threw it.

After a series of heated argument, they decided to give me a ticket for the luggage amounting 150 rs.

The luggage has my work computer weighing just 10 kgs approx.

I hereby complain against both of them for their rude behaviour, illegal claim of luggage fare and my property damage (Phone)

Please look into the matter. This is a case of harrassment.

Bus number wb39b6672 purulia to durgapur sbstc is not provided the ticket and charge over price.
I am traveling from bankura to beliatore in the date of 27/06/2020 at 5.45 pm (Beliatore) the conductor is charge me rs 25 and not provied me the ticket and he told that there is not compalsery to provied the ticket to customer and his beheviour is very bad he told me very rought me he kept the money in her pocket.
I want the justic. I want govt. Punised and penalty aginest him.
