Dear Sir,

I am a regular passenger of SBSTC and used to travel from Burdwan to Suri via Panagarh. As the number of buses from Kolkata to Suri is very minimum, I have to take a break service by availing Kolkata Durgapur/Asansol buses and drop at Panagarh Bypass to avail buses from Durgapur to Suri.

But everyday the conductor/driver refused to drop us neither at the approach road nor at the Darjeeling more. Even their behaviour is of don't care type.

Requesting your office to resolve this issue at the earliest and advise all of the driver/conductor to pick up/drop the the passengers from/to Panagarh Bypass.

      issue ticket on wrong date

      Today is 22.07.2020 but bus conductor issue me a ticket on 23.07.2020
      Bus number: wb39b3639
      Ticket price rs.77.
      From siuri to citycenter.
      This ticket is no value for me, i can't submit my office for claim.
      Kindly do the needful....

      I booked my seat online on sbstc from kolkata to arambagh. My journey date - 22.07.2020 and time -7.30 am. Though i booked online for non stop sbstc bus service on 22.07.2020 at 7.30 am but to my utter surprise when i reached the bus terminus to start my journey i was informed that the non stop service has been discontinued suddenly without even updating the website and informing passengers.
      I have paid rs 85/- for non stop journey but i was provided an all stop bus service from kolkata to arambagh which cost rs 65/-. Even when i boarded the bus the concerned seat no 11 which i booked online was not provided to me stating that on all stop bus service there is no alloted/booked seat.
      I request you to kindly reimburse the extra charge of rs 20/- (85-65) which i have paid as soon as possible. Please also note that this kind of sudden change /downgradation of service is highly unwelcome since i was unable to comply with time and also i was denied my preferred advance booked seat no. 11.

        Address: Karunamoyee to Asansol Bus 3 PM, 12 July, 2020

        The assigned ticket checker of 3 pm karunamoyee asansol sbstc bus asked for luggage fare without ticket. He was demanding 100 rs to 300 rs... The very interesting fact that mr ajoy kumar bose, emp. I'd.: t-62130 was present at the scenario. Both of them snatched my mobile phone and threw it.

        After a series of heated argument, they decided to give me a ticket for the luggage amounting 150 rs.

        The luggage has my work computer weighing just 10 kgs approx.

        I hereby complain against both of them for their rude behaviour, illegal claim of luggage fare and my property damage (Phone)

        Please look into the matter. This is a case of harrassment.

          Bus conductor picking passengers from those points which are not stoppages... And taking passengers which exceeds the sitting capacity.
          No point of telling them at time of corona pandemic

            Dear sir,
            Bus number wb39b6672 purulia to durgapur sbstc is not provided the ticket and charge over price.
            I am traveling from bankura to beliatore in the date of 27/06/2020 at 5.45 pm (Beliatore) the conductor is charge me rs 25 and not provied me the ticket and he told that there is not compalsery to provied the ticket to customer and his beheviour is very bad he told me very rought me he kept the money in her pocket.
            I want the justic. I want govt. Punised and penalty aginest him.

              As per printing on the face of ticket (where it is mentioned to contact in case of requirement) I have sent three nos of of mail to [protected]@sbstcbooking.co.in> but have not receipt no reply/suggestion/acknowledgement which has made me frustrated to learn your reluctance to refund such a paltry sum of Rs 155 claimed for a justified ground.

                  Though i have booked two seat in a sbstc, bus no 1049, but the driver and conductor forcefully took the of the seat and provided ot to other people for the some amount of money. They are not returning my money as well. The conductor used slang as well, if you have a cctv you can verify the same. Neither he is returning my money and nor the conductor vacating the seat.

                    refund for cancelled ticket / online booking facility

                    There are 2 busses for digha from baruipur, for the ac bus online booking is available, but for the non ac bus sbstc recruited an agent. I had booked 7 return ticket for journey date 29/12/2018 and return 31/12/2018 on november 2018, there after i need to cancel 4 return tickets around 20 days prior to journey date.
                    But still now (13/03/2020) i have not get the refund. I am severally contacting the agent raju (Mobile no. [protected]...

                    The behaviour of the conductor was very rude and bad. He was insulting me and other passengers who where going with me from kolkata karunamoyee to durgapur. Each passenger had one luggage each. If he would have told us politely to keep our luggage where we were sitting then the things wold be better. Then the conductor told that he couldn't see our name in the passengers list. We booked our ticket from sbstc online site. He was literally misbehaving with us. Misbehaving with ladies is not expected with a conductor. If he would have told us politely then the things would have been different. Please improve your luggage facility and conductor's behaviour.

                    I came to know that he is doing such things severally with many of the passenger, who booked ticket through him.

                    NEED STRONG ACTION AGAINST HIM, SBSTC NEED TO PROVIDE BOOKING FACILITY FOR ALL BUSSES ONLINE, OR AR BARUIPUR BUS TERMINUS NEED A BOOKING COUNTER...

                    I booked my sbstc seat three days before journey...and here the bus driver and conductor doing illegal activities through passenger... i.e. giving reserved seats to local passengers for side income while the deserving passenger stands still even are thrown out of bus...how is it possible!!!
                    The conductor of the bus number WB 39 A 9553 from Asansol to Kolkata timing 2.15 p.m. from Asansol dated 21/03/2020 is extremely bad.

                      Most pathetic sbstc bus service from karunamoyee to burdwan route i have ever seen. Every sat i use to travel by this route and faced a delay of min 2 hrs to 3hrs.
                      I had to wait at sbstc bus point continuously at airport gate no. 1 for 2-3 hrs every weekend.

                      The buses have gps tracking system however this is not open to public and because of that we are suffering.

                      Sbstc does not have enough backup buses so that they can provide it to public in case of delay.

                      Sbstc do not bother about public's time. They ran the service as per their views.

                      Hence i request you open the live gps tracking system for the public and accomodate backup busses in case of any delay with and immediate effect.

                        As on 10.02.2020, i, mr prasenjit das booked 5 tickets online from sbstc website, but my amount has been deducted, but i have not get any confirmation of ticket. Our travel date will be 10th march'2020 from digha to garia. So i booked 5 tickets for the same through sbstc online, but my amount debited from his bank.. And no ticket confirmation from your end. Why? Also someone call me and confirm that i will be received back my amount within 8 working days from the date of booking. But still now no money return back into my account. Please do the needful as soon as possible and oblige.

                          refund against ticket cancellation and misinformation

                          This connects to the series of email, complain made on your online portal multiple times and several telecommunications done with your customer care executives regarding the subject. It is very disappointing that after lapse of more than a year, the complain is still to be addressed.

                          Subsequently in another online complain dated 1st nov, 2019, i have apprised sbstc about the bus leaving directly from outside the dedicated...

                          In the digha sbstc bus stand information provider officer (4.45am) sitted in the cto (Trfick office) office. Behave very badly to every passenger who try to get information about bus service. More over he don't shere the information. Even he miss behave with leady passenger. When he was asked about the seat how to book seat on the spot neither only he diney to share the option also behave very rudely to the passenger.

                            I have booked sbstc online bus ticket as per below details :

                            Ticket no. : l[protected]
                            From : karunamoyee to durgapur
                            Time : 16:45
                            Date of journey : 11/02/2020
                            Date of booking : 09/02/2020

                            On 11th feb'20, i was required to cancel the ticket. I logged into the online portal http://online.sbstcbooking.co.in/ and tried to cancel the ticket but no cancel information received by me and no refund was applied.

                            Although i clicked the cancel button, i don't know whether the ticket was get cancelled or not.
                            Till now no refund information received.
                            I want the refund.

                              Bus no - wb 39 b 4521. I took bus at porida more. Bus full packed. Conductor did not gave tickets to none of the people. No one demand for tickets but i demand for tickets so he told me tickets will be given later.. Max people around 40-45 went down in bankura without tickets.
                              Huge financial loss for sbstc.
                              Conductor should be punished.

                                The bus conductor in today's bus from karunamayee to bardhaman at 12.30 pm from karunamayee was incorrect. His behavior was rude and used type of slang at me in the bus about placing my luggage. This type of behavior in public bus is really harassing and not expected. Please resolve this as soon as possible. From this type of bus service such behavior is not imagined at all.

                                  Today my family with my minor daughtrers were coming from suri to medinipur through bus no wn 39b 1836. A collision took place at about 12.00 hrs inbeywen barjora and beliatire, bankura. After the incident both are leaving the spot. Lots of people were injured. Withoit taking any resposibility they left that place. Ticket no dh 1 17264 to 17274 of rs 550/. Pl arrange to refund the money.

                                  On 26 Jan20, I initiated a booking for bus from Burdwan to karunamoyee and accordingly Rs 100/ was debited from SBI credit card account but unfortunately ticket not generated perforce I had travel the same bus with cash payment (Rs90/)
                                  Request revert the amt or Rs100/ in my credit card account.
