Today my family with my minor daughtrers were coming from suri to medinipur through bus no wn 39b 1836. A collision took place at about 12.00 hrs inbeywen barjora and beliatire, bankura. After the incident both are leaving the spot. Lots of people were injured. Withoit taking any resposibility they left that place. Ticket no dh 1 17264 to 17274 of rs 550/. Pl arrange to refund the money.

On 26 Jan20, I initiated a booking for bus from Burdwan to karunamoyee and accordingly Rs 100/ was debited from SBI credit card account but unfortunately ticket not generated perforce I had travel the same bus with cash payment (Rs90/)
Request revert the amt or Rs100/ in my credit card account.

    I was on my way to durgapur in sbstc 1 pm bus from karunamoyee to durgapur on 28/01/20. I got up from baguiati. The conductor of the bus was extremely ill mannered. I study in a prestigious medical college and i have been a regular boarder of sbstc services. Everytime on my way back to college, i get down at gouri devi. When i politely told the conductor that i would be getting down at that place, he began yelling and saying that he will only make the bus stop at rajbandh. I was an alone girl with 3 big luggages and i politely told him that it would be an inconvinience since everytime i come i get down at gouridevi itself and i have been doing so for 4 yrs now. The conductor upon hearing this began making excuses and shouting. I told him he was without any shame to shout like this, upon which he used a peculiar slang on me. His behaviour was extremely hurting.

      I booked 3 tickets but after successful payment, while redirecting to the site, the site shut down. The site was not opening for around 20 mins and after it opened, there was no ticket in the ticket history.
      I have submitted multiple grievances but have received no response.

        My ticket number tnda37405463. Pnr no. R[protected]. My ticket was for belghorea from contai by digha belghorea depot on 15/12/2019 scheduled at 16:10pm at digha. Conductor denied my booking at contai and not let me to board on bus. Repetedly i asked the conductor to check my ticket but the conductor has replied that "i have no information of such booking"

          I usually 3to 4days in a week, i travel from champadanga to dharmatala (Bishnupur-kolkata, champadanga timing 6:50am). Each & every day, each conductor of sbstc took local passengers & took care, without giving ticket. Almost 10 to 15 passengers travel from siakhala, mosat, jangalpara to dankuni every day. The give fare rs. 5 low than actual fare, and conductor didn't give tickets to them. Some passenger who coming from arambagh, muthadanga or mayapur to champadanga, gojar more or some where else, conductor never didn't give tickets.
          On 6th december, 2019- bus no wb 39a 1885, bishnupur-kolkata, champadanga timing 6:30am, conductor was doing same thing, another incident i noticed, an old man was traveling from siakhala to chanditala, he was asking for tickets, but conductor misbehave with him and didn't give him ticket.

          So, i request to admin, please take necessary action about this matter. At least deploy a ticket checking staff any where or dankuni, to avoid such kind of incident..

            corruption complaint

            Today morning around 9.30 a. M. I took an sbstc bus (No. Wb39a1933, route: haldia to nainan, as i can recap) for coming to my office at joka from thakurpukur. Usually the fare varies from rs.7 by local buses to rs.8 by express buses. Accordingly i gave the young conductor a rs.10 note and he issued me a rs.10 ticket. I asked him "usually i have to pay rs.8, is the fare higher in this bus"? He immediately took the ticket from me and returned...

            It has been a journey almost of last 3 year's in the dunlop-digha bus timed 5:45hrs from belgharia depo on every week 2-3 times.
            But it is experienced that the bus faces technical problems many times. But the issue not resolved.
            Today the bus started it's journey by 10 minutes late.
            Many times the said bus faces problems on the road.
            Driver of the said bus drived in a relaxed mood every day who ever he is.
            We expect the value of money by saving our time from sbstc.

              I travelled today i. E.02.11.2019 from durgapur to bankura in your bus with ac. Bus no is wb39a9291, depurture time was 9.25. Through out the jorney the ac was not functining. And due to suffocation i felt bad and ill. My ticket no.[protected]. No one of the staff take steps, neither cancel the bus. I have paid full fare of rs.60/-. As such i am rewuesting to refund the amount for deficiency of service. My contact no. [protected]. If you failed to resolve the issue, it shall be constraint on my part to approach proper forum claiming compensation. I am keeping the ticket with me for future action.

                He is a driver who is leading from the front like that passengers can met with accident or passengers get too late to reach destination. A complain already filed against him when he led the bus (Jhargram to kalna, dep time 5.30 am from jgm) to an accident near chandrah near to medinipur.
                He come back with more typical abnormal attitude. As on experiences.. He stops the bus a lot more times than a local bus, he compete and make race with other buses and get indulge with hot talks and fight with other conductors always. He drive ruthless where road condition is poorest.
                I was in this bus on today 26.10.2019, bus dep time from arambagh 9.40a. M.. It is arambagh jhargram route bus. Driver's name is biplab.

                  This is to inform that bus number st6 do not follow their usual route after 6pm. Instead of going swasthya bhawan, sdf and webel more, they directly go to college more and passengers of above stoppage has to get down at college more and have to walk from their. All the passengers complaints daily but they do not listen to anyone. Please look into it.

When I am saying to conductor why are you taking 50% of fare from that passengers. He is saying all are daily passengers. If you have any problem please lounge complain.

                    I am a passenger, was travelling from champadanga to kolkata on 16th october, 2019. I requested to give ticket, inspite of he was standing near to me. He told me, i will come to you and take the ticket. The bus is from bishnupur to kolkata via champadanga, champadanga timing 6:50am. After crossing chanditala, i noticed, he went to 6 or 7 passengers and told something to ear of the passenger and gave tickets with smile, one of them also quarreling about the ticket details. Conductor give the ticket from mosat to kolkata, inspite he traveling from armbagh.
                    When my time came, i told him to give a ticket from champadanga to kolkata, he gave me ticket from mosat to kolkata of rs. 30. Rest of amount rs. 50, he didn't give return back. I told him many times about the fare, he didn't respond.
                    So, i request you to all passenger, to protest about this corruption, so that our state transport system can avoid loss in business and terminate this type of conductor.

                      The bus diverted the route from durgapur to panagarh bazar leaving the by pass. The conductor also picked lical passenger to burdwan who was standing.

                          Dear Sir,

                          I am registering this complaint while still traveling in the sbstc bus. I have booked four tickets on the sbstc bus going from Digha to Barasat on 10th October 2019, 1.15 PM. Bus number was 5138. The first thing that I noticed as I boarded the bus was that it was really dirty. Most of the seats had broken foot holds, AC vents were stuffed with curtains as they were broken. One seat had window completely boarded up with plywood. This was discouraging enough. However when the journey started, I could hardly keep my calm. We were being tossed like luggages in our seat and the bus driver was driving so rashly that we were really fearing for our lives. He always kept trying to overtake any vehicle that was in front of it. We were a bus full of people, we as citizens of this country do not expect government buses to endanger our lives. I hope to reach my destination safely. Very very disappointed. Kindly look into this matter

                            I had bought one ticket on[protected] vide ticket no.- p[protected], but the bus was cancelled for[protected]. But though i haven't received the booking amount to my respective bank account.
                            Regarding this issue i had already raised docket no.- 009190 but though no such action has been taken till now.

                            Kindly refund the same as early as possible.

                              With due respect i would like to raise a question that why do passengers need to wait for the respective bus for ticket booking. Can't the sbstc ticker booking system be updated to ease passengers ticket booking?
                              Though there are 3 to 4 number of ticket booking counters at stand. Only one counter used to remain open while other counters beinf closed

                                Today i purchased one journey ticket for travelling from durgapur to karunamoyee on 30.09.2019. The ticket details are: ticket no. O[protected]; date of journey: 30.09.2019; departure time from durgapur: 6.50; class: non-a/c. Though the printed ticket fare is inr150, i was charged inr 155. When i asked for the receipt of inr 5 which i paid extra, the counter attendant simply said, nahi milega" request you to kindly look into the matter and do the needful.

                                  I want to travel from kolkata to Noinan. Asking a driver(kolkata to Borbhoman), what the destination of this bus? Suddenly he turn and told me, you blind man, can't see broad.I ask him what are you saying. Not only that he told Lot's slang language. I can't write all that. When I told him that, I complain against. Then he told me, you are nothing.you don't no who i am? You can't take any action against me.

                                    I am a daily passenger travelling from bagnan to exide nearabout 60kms where digha garia is the only state bus which covers exide more at its route mark. During office time at 8 am this bus passes through bagnan amta more which is a popular bus stop but it does not provide any stop at bagnan willingly. Wb39a0618 is bus no, sbstc buses are the safest one in long drive, thats why i choose avoiding the private buses providing high fare compare to them. There are non stop sbstc buses in nh6 highway but they marked the board same, but this one does not. Please help so we can catch our office time smoothly.
