bypassing stoppage at telipukur without prior notification in a proper way

I am anirban datta, having 4 tickets booked online vide ticket no - l[protected], scheduled to travel to karunamoyee from telipukur on 24/03/2019. The concerned bus skipped telipukur by taking the overbridge root when we kept on waiting there before a police constable advised us to go to alisha bus stand as some buses are taking over bridge root. Dear sir i am an army person. Booked one ticket for my daughter on 22/3/19 for the date 23/3/19.in central bus stop i asked the conductor for my daughter's booked ticket. Inside the bus my daughter shows her ticket, but conductor deny and told to come out from the bus. Even he denys to show the booking chart... Contai - barasat, saturday, march 23, 2019.     I have booked one ticket from burdwan to kolkata (Esplanade) online with ticket no p[protected]
    Which was supposed to depart from burdwan at 9.00am. The bus was supposed to stop at telipukur but they gave no stoppage at telipukur today, so i had to book again for 10.10 am bus from burdwan. I along with 7-8 persons who are waiting at telipukur bus stand faced such kind of harassment today which is not at all acceptable. They have neither informed us through any sms nor give any notice. I want full refund of my ticket that i booked online, please give me the contact number of the concerned person with whom i have to contact regarding refund. Please do the needful

      money deducted but ticket not booked

      I tried to book ticket on 08.03.2019 from asansol to karunamoyee for journey date on 09.03.2019. Money deducted from bank account of axis bank during online payment but ticket not generated due to some error. This was happened from sbstc user account.
      I again tried booking of the same and second time booking was successful. So i request you to refund the money for unsuccessful booking immediately

      I tried booking a ticket for 5th march, 2019, sbstc bus service - ticket from kolkata to ranichak in kolkata - haldia bus departing at 6: 30 am. Seat no 29. The booking failed at 16:49, today 4th march, but money was deducted. On second attempt of booking the ticket was booked but the refund for first failed booking still not arrived.. Nor any message came from sbstc for this inconvenience.. What should be the procedure for getting my refund?

      Misbehaving and delaying to book my ticket in counter, suggest to sell ticket inside bus or make online ticket booking option for all durgapur to bankura sbstc bus.ticket seller should have a good manner. please do some step for sake issue. I hope, i will take action about same meter, so in future, public will confortly travel without harassment.

        against sbstc bus driver

        When i was at ullhas busstand, burdwan, asked one of the bus driver that, is its time 8.30, and going to karunamoyee. But that driver responded harshly, it's time 11, karunamoyee., and also harshly talked that, i am always talking like this. Question:should it be the version of communication with a passenger? I am intending to lodge a complain against the bus driver as well as the sbstc. The bus that he drove that time was wb39b1050. Later...

        I booked 3 online tickets in haldia to kolkata book fair special on 03.02.2019 (Ticket no : p[protected]) through sbstc mobile app. The copy of my ticket mailed in my registered e mail.
        But after reaching haldia township bus terminus found no such buses. Also there is no information available at sbstc ticket counter. No assistance from counter received and the depot number displayed in counter found switched off.
        Finally i had to book private car to reach book fair with my family after 30 minutes of harrashment.
        Such incident only demolish trustworthiness & creaditability of sbstc.

        I register my complain in sbstc official (Complain) whatsapp no. [protected] on the same day but no response received.

        Now i need refund of my money & compensation for my harrashment.

          I debarshi dey a regular customer of your transport came to city centre sbstc booking counter no-8 on friday morning dated 15.02.19 to purchase a ticket to karunamoyee and gave 200 rupees for the same but the counter misbehave with me for a 5 rupees change. He told me why you came without 5 rupees change and bring exact change from next time or else use any other means of communication. After keeping me wait for 10 mins he throw a rupees coin to me and told me to get lost and also used the sentence he is favouring me.

          I will be grateful if you kindly take action against this as because the staff humiliate me in front of many other passengers.

            I took ticket for purulia to sirkabad on 8feb 2019 at 5:40pm from purulia state bus stand.
            They charged me ₹100 for my luggage.
            When i asked them about the fare chart for the luggage, they behaved rudely and said that there is no such chart, there is a fixed amount we used to charge, we can charge even more more for the same.

              I bought a ticket (Person# 3) today morning for the route kolkata to midnapore. Issued a ticket at 10:35:56 am for departure time 10:40 am for bus no 7012. Said bus wasn't parked in the designated stand for the route. I repeatedly searched for the bus with my family but we didn't get the bus. When i reported in the counter they said that bus has already left the stand. They demanded for taking me another ticket by paying again for the ticket. While i was aksing them for rescheduling the same ticket, then 4 staffs along with incharge saying me "aukat ki ache".
              I need immediate action on those staffs and definitely i want to show them my aukat.

                Worst than any random movements of bus steering, when complaining I was told by conductor the driver was " CUTTING " WHIZZING THROUGH TRAFFIC MADLY ON NATIONAL HIGHWAY REGARDLESS OF ALLOWED SPACE OR VIABILITY OF SAFE DRIVING GESTURE, HE WHIZZED THROUGH ALL THE way till punjabi mor before entering Asansol, he was erratic at alighting as well as getting in both, ignoring any complain with thundering voice while steering swerving randomly. GOD FORBID WE WERE SAFE HOWEVER BY GRACE OF GOD.

                  Have few video recorder but system here could not entertain seemed driver was under :
                  False pride of his erratic practice of driving to win / make up late running by hook or crook, speeding too even at 40 km/miles restrictions warning
                  Secondly seemed he was making girls or khaini or pan masala orally managing one hand on steering
                  Constantly veering steering invited risks to other road users as well as self of so many lives, bus had been driven to edge going down the left and right edge of NH OFF the metal part rd surface
                  Driver creating inconvenience for passengers in the bus by smoking. This was in durgapur kolkata bus of 4.45pm on 22nd January 2019

                    I was traveling from durgapur to karunamoyee on 11.01.2019 in sbstc with my father [age 65] boarding at 05:50 pm. The bus passed at haldiram at 11:00 pm. Then i requested the conductor to give a stop at teghoria bus stop as the bus was running too late and that was almost midnight. He replied 'it is very common, what is ur problem?' after that, they don't stop at teghoria bus stop. And then they stop at baguiati at 11:20 pm. Then we were not getting any transport to reach teghoria till 11:50 pm. My father was suffering from joint pain. They showed such inhuman behavior. Please arrange stoppage on demand on the way when the buses run late especially at night.

                      Dear team,
                      This is like the many times that i am travelling in sbstc buses, but this time i am literally annoyed with the service.
                      The bus is not supposed to behave or accommodate people more than the nner of seats available. Then what is it that they are taking up people like some other local buses??
                      If it is supposed to behave like a local business and stop every now and then at every freaking stop then why are we paying 185 rupees anyway??

                      A very annoyed customer.

                        Sir, my name is smarajit shome, my registered mobile number is [[protected]].
                        I booked a ticket of rs. 140.00 for journey date 27/10/2018 in two attempts.in first attempt the amount was deducted but seat not booked.in second attempt the ticked booked & again amount deducted. But till today (29/12/2018) two months passed, no money refunded for the first failed transaction. I have the proof of my bank passbook reflecting the deduction of amount. Their customer help line is not responding. They are saying that they can't tell anything about the refund status.
                        Please sir, solve the issue. I am a student & it's feeling very bad to contact the sbstc help line number again & again without any solution.

When i got down in saktigarh some one has stolen my daughters tab. I would like to know the details of customer details with contact no. Behind the conductor and also the conductor details. No security is there... Everywhere thief's r present. Shame on our public. Please help.

                            I was travelling from kolkata to panagarh on 18/12/2018, today through sbstc bus (Bus no wb39a3575). Temperature was below 13c. At the time of booking the bus ticket they (The sbstc staffs at ticket counter) assured me that the bus will go through darjeeling more (Near to panagarh bazaar), then i booked the ticket. The bus leave kolkata at 5.45 pm. But after some time when i asked the driver and conductor they strongly denied to listen me and tell me the bus will go through what the conductor want. But i request him again and again that i will face a big problem if you drop another place other than drop location. But the driver and conductor did not listen me and forced me to leave the bus at kaksa (2.5km from darjeeling more). Atlast at 10pm i had to walk 30minuted to reach my destination. Totally horrible, pathetic and disappointing experience. I am very much shocked that how can a govt. Of west bengal organization can do that with their passenger? How two government employee can do that? Are they become owner and do whatever they want? Should they did not listen passengers' problem?

                              Hi all
                              I was trying to book 2 seats from suri to kolkata 3.30 pm sbstc bus for 16.12.2018 and after deduction of money the ticket was not generated. This happened 2 times (For seat no 29, 30 and then for 22 and 23). Thereafter i also went to ticket counter and ask whether any of the seats were booked or not. But the guy from counter told that ticket is not booked/confirmed. We then again paid the amount to book 2 seats from counter.br...

                              Hi, on 12.12.2018 i booked a sbstc bus non ac ticket from kolkata to midnapore, seat no - 24, 29, 39 & 40 and made online payment for bus ticket of rs.440/- through my bank of india debit card and payment done successfully and successful message i have received in my phone but my transaction was failed with error "reasons: sorry! We are unable to process your transaction. Please contact us at [protected]@billdesk.com for any queries". But the payment is done successfully and the amount is debited from my account.                                 While my father is travelling from asansol to karunamoyee, just after reaching to saktigarh, bus got damaged, and then only the passengers were sent to board to the specified destination in another bus, where the passengers inspite of having the booked tickets had to stand for more than 2 hours.
                                So, i want ask what is all these things going on. Is this the responsibility of the sbstc bus service towards their boarding passengers.
                                I claim that for this inconvinience, i want my money back, immediately, or else i will be bound to lodge a complain in consumer forum.

                                I just booked 2 tickets from Durgapur to Karunamoi. I had only 2 luggae...a small montior and a CPU. The conduct charged me 250 RS. Even vprivate Volvo doesn't charge that much. I have the receipt with me. First of all they denied to give receipt but after I forced they gave me the receipt. Please take appropriate action.
