Dear sir,
Payment of rs. 285 for 3 seats (8, 9, 10) has been debited from my a/c on 21.11.2018 but seat and ticket no. Is not confirmed and allotted for journey date 22-11-18 at 5:30 p. M. From esplanade to arambagh. I have launched complaint that docket no. Is 002792 & 002791. Please refund the debited amount of rs. 285/- to my a/c [protected] to solve this serious problem.

    Hello,
    Basically it's not a complaint, i just want to clarify one thing that, if any one booked a wrong ticket by mistake through electronic ticket machine, can he change his ticket to original destination?
    If there is any rules of sbstc regarding that matter then please inform here.
    Basically today i booked 4 tickets in the bus through electronic ticket machine from suri to durgapur instead muchipara. When i asked to change the destination conductor said that it's not possible for him once he booked any ticket though that machine.
    Financial exchange is not that important for me but i just want to know the rule on this matter. I searched your site but it was not clear there.

      On 10 nov i booked 4 tickets and paid rs 540. Payment successful but tickets were not booked and my money got deducted from my bank account. Few minutes later i again tried to book 4 tickets of rs 440 and the same case. Money got deducted but tickets not booked. I need a full refund of my money. Total of rs 980 has been deducted in 2 transactions and no tickets are sent to me. This type of things are very much disturbing and i want full refund of my money as soon as possible.

      Above mentioned bus was arrived to the bus stand at 1.30 pm but it dealy intentionally to depart. Though the schedule departure time passed it is still at same state and the cause told by the driver is that the officer related to this bus is doing lunch.

        While commuting journey from karunamoyee-durgapur on 06/11/2018 at karunamoyee depot at 9:00AM, my sister was forced to pay an undefined baggage charge of Rs. 50/- for a gift-item of nominal size that could even fit under the seat. The amt. is not the issue of complaint but the way the conductor and the staffs of karunamoyee depot charged us should be brought to notice to SBSTC management.
        At first, he asked me to give 100/- for the item in cash during the journey which was clear he wanted to turn in his pocket.
        There is no defined charge-list for any luggage-cost, and as such they are looting passengers in this way. On getting a hint that i was about to raise a complaint, he got scared and tried to bargain for Rs. 50/-. The luggage was a gift item for my mother which could even easily be fit in a lap, still I was maade to pay for that as per their wishes.
        Even the clerk in the counter said "go wherever you want to complain. we are not bothered" and given me the 50/- ticket.
        SBSTC is such a trusted company for frequent travellers like us and behaviours like this honestly lowers its fame.
        There should be a defined luggage-list in SBSTC site or otherwise these staffs will continue to loot us as per their wishes.

        I am a standing passengers in this bus, the conductor collecting me for Rs 55/- durgapur to burdwan fair but other passengers given only 50/- and not received any tickets from the bus conductor. I requesting you please check the bus before recharging burdwan. I am sure you find the crime.

          Hello.

          I tried to book tickets on 19th august 2018 for a bus on the morning of 20th august from karunamoyee to durgapur. The transaction processed and the money of rs 155 was deducted from my account but the order wasn’t finishing and tickets weren’t sent. And after the session expired i got the error page.

          I went back and had to book again during which the transaction was fine. And i got tickets.
          The same happened with 4th november transaction.
          As per the policy i should be getting the refund money back for two failed transactions. Please ensure the same happens.

            ticket refund issue

            I booked two tickets on 29th sep from SBSTC online booking site.The amount was 360 rs.I was booking ticket for the journey of karunamoyee to asansol. My money got deducted but the ticket was not booked.Till now i have not got my refund after several followups and complain on SBSTC helpline. More than two months over but they have not yet refunded.
            When I am supposed to get my refund.Customer care executive is still saying it will take...

            I am a regular passenger in Haldia kolkata, Digha kolkata, Nandigram kolkata bus route. For last 3 to 4 months i have been observing that, most of the conductor in these route didn't give ticket to local passenger inspite of giving full fare. Specially these happens when the buses are returned from kolkata to their respective destinations after MECHEDA stoppage. Being a concerned citizen and a regular passenger of SBSTC i would like to request the concerned authority to take appropriate step and restore the good service of sbstc from those dishonest conductor.

              Dear sir,

              I have booked one ticket at 11.00 am suri bound bus on 15/10/2018 (Boarding at kolkata-esplanade) through sbi net-banking. My seat no. Is 8. Though the ticket fare of rs.190 was deducted from my bank account but no confirmation sms was received.
              Kindly resolve this issue and oblige as despite paying the full ticket fare it was not confirmed.

                Der Sir,
                Most respectfully I beg to state that I, Sri Subrata Kumar Mukherjee S/O Late Provat Kr Mukherjee, resident of Dangal Para Suri Birbhum, pin 731101 and Working as Assistant General Manager In Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited Suri Telecom District was a bonafied passenger of your Suri Karunamoyee Bus service on 5.10.2018 of 4.40 AM. And occupied seat no 21 purchased in advance on 4.10.2018.
                It was my bad luck that day I have faced a very much painfull incidence, when the bus was given stoppage at Saktigarh for rest and tiffin, I also taken some tiffin and came to my seat but suddenly I feel some natures call for urinal When I went for urinal then I saw the conductor was taking his tiffin, I have told to my co passenger Mr Gangadhar Mali, of Suri to tell If I let.
                After a minute or two after completing my urinal I came out and seen that my bus was left. Then Mr Mali who was my friend and a retired Engineer of West Bengal State Electric Distribution co Ltd.Called me from the Bus and told after several request by him the bus was not stayed for a minute for me and The conductor rudely told him that bus will not stop for a minute.
                I am a 58 years old also a patient of Parkinson’s deaises ( a typical nuero deasease which is not curable and Govt of India declared that, patient of this deseise can get the social security as Physically Disabled category, I have not applied for PD certificate but I have the certificate Regarding the desies from NIMHANS Bengaluru, An Institute of National Importance Govt of INDIA, Regarding Nureo Resarch)
                That time tremor of my organs increased highly, I am feeling helpless. All my belongings, Medicines without which I Can’t move more than one hour, My Debit cards, Credit cards, PAN Card, Departmental I card, more over some Official documents as I was in an official tour for attending a meeting at West Bengal Telecom Circle Office, CTO building Kolkata. During that time anything can be happened to me.It is not that I am going 1st time in Suri Kolkata Bus. Monthly thre to four time I have to go Kolkata for official works and personal work as My family stays thre at Rajarhat near to Airport 1. Gate. I have never faced such incident with me or not seen to be happen with any person infront of me.
                Afterwards I found a Durgapur to Karunmoyee Bus, standing in a shop in some distance, I get that bus and came to Dunlop stoppage as my friend Mr Mali taken my belongings and use to drop there. But Suri Korunamoyee bus not given stoppage at Dunlop due to some unknown reason Hearing that some dispute held ith conductor and SBSTC checking inspectors. While I wanted to talk with the conductor through my friends mobile ([protected]) I found he is talking like a abnormal person like intoxicated one.
                In an another Bus Mr Mali Came to Dunlop from a distant Stoppage where he has dropped by your honorable conductor. He is also not much fit and a Neurological patient now a days, and also in a medical trip to Kolkata.
                In this situation I am praying you to give a justice to me and help me to come out from this shameful feeling . He has no humanity and not any feeling that how a man can overcome the situation, after requesting by a person inside the bus also. He is knowingly harashed me that day, he should not be a innocent person and not eligible to take responsibilty of the passengers of such a long rout. For me your bus may get let for one or two minute, are your bus never getting let, and reaches in proper time regularly.

                Sir until I shall not get proper justice, I should not stop. If required I shall go to the Consumer forum for asking the justice against this incidence.

                  You know majherhat briedge broken last one month, total behala people are very much problem.
                  I go arambagh daily basis & your bus daily pick up from fort william racecourse gate.

                      On[protected] i visited the http://online.sbstcbooking.co.in/default.aspx website i have not booked a single ticket but the money was deducted.
                      A sms from the bank came that money has been deducted from my account but i saw that no tickets were booked.
                      Hence i request a refund of rs135 as soon as possible. This is a bad way to cut down the money of the customers. So please refund my money.

                        On 26th august i was trying to book 2 seats for 28th august (Asansol to karunamoyee) 7am. After i gave my card details the amount of rs. 370 was debited from account however the payment page was stuck and ended with attached error page. I got a sms and email with an old ticket (Immediate last) of 24th august which is not the desired one (Already travelled trip).

                        Please expedite refunding the balance of rs. 370.

                          Please refer to my complain on 23rd aug 18. A password was reset but inspite of repeated attempt by reset password iam unable to log in. It is showing invalid email or password. Please advise me suitably in this regard. I am facing problem for booking ticket. I am having anroid mobile and used this mobile to book online sbstc ticket. When the same email and password is used in laptop, it successfully login. But sorry to say that problem in login in anroid mobile.

                            Although the booking was cancelled, i had been charged 440rs dated 12th of august. After contacting customer care, i was told to be refunded within 8days. Now i am trying the same mobile number for several times but no one is responding. I want further steps to be done as soon as possible, i have tried other numbers of some officials but no-one haven't told me what to do. I mean student by profession, it is very much inconvenience for me to be charged this amount of money for nothing

                                  This is very dissapointing. I decided to book my journey ticket from sbstc website and did so for 13th of this month from burdwan to karunamoyee and booked the bus which will leave from burdwan at 5:50am. I have booked through net banking and after the payment is successful i did not receive the ticket in my email id nor i have got a message. Now its an issue as i won't be able to show the ticket to the conductor. Even if you tell your problem they will not listen to it and ask for extra money though you habe already booked the seat. Please do look into the matter as i am not able to see my past bookings in the history portal even. My email id os sus. [protected]@gmail.com.

                                    We r booked etickts for the busdigha-gariaa/c journey dt_29/07/2018 dept time-14.50 pm. Seat no 30.33.34.
                                    After starting ac is not working properly. We informed. But after journey of 1 hrs from digha. Its totally colapsed. Bus stop in high road.
                                    Dirver talk to digha. They send another another ac bus from digha. Takaing 2 hrs from digha to the paticular stop.
                                    Again we started. After 15 mints journey this also breakdown on the road.
                                    Then we talk to foreman of digha depot..
                                    At about 7, 45 pm he send a non ac bus which was very uncomfortable but we adjusted the same.
                                    At about 12.45 am we reached gariya.
                                    Plz investigation as per ur rules. Who is the responsible for that type of harassment.
                                    Plz refund our payment as soon as possible with compassion.
                                    Sir. The bus driver and the conductor nobody will take the responsibility at that time. Notonly we. The total 38 passanger also with their old & childrens r in seating high road not less than 4 hrs.
                                    No lights r there. We ar faceing a tremendous situation & insecurity.
                                    Plz plz take the appropiyet action which is fitt for.

                                      Dear sir,
                                      This is to inform you that i tendered a bus ticket (From garia busdepo) no:o[protected] from digha - garia a/c -14:50, journey date: 29/07/2018, dept time: 14:50. Seatno:7, 8, 11& 12. Unfortunately our bus wb 39 a 9511 got breakdown at 15km before contai due to mechanical fault of a/c. However after one & half hour another bus wb 39 a 9512 also sent as replacement but that too got breakdown after running 3km. Hence driver helped us to board on another govt non a/c kolkata going buses requesting to the conductor of the said bus. But this is a matter of great sorrow that it was wbtc bus & saying different entity of transport department it didn't entertain our request causing us to pay @rs121/- each i. E. Total of rs484/- as bus fare from contai to tollygunge.
                                      I would therefore request you to please return rs1260/- to my following a/c & obliged.
