Its started running with 11min late without any specific reason.
The passengers are facing problem due to hot weather. Staff of this bus not cooperate with passengers. Time is very precious for me.
Please, take a step against the staff and improve your service. It will helpful for us as well as you.

    My name is amit de. My ticket no 5670027. Seat no. 5. Bus no 3711. Time 8:00 am. Esplanade to durgapur.
    The thing is that, i have collected shortage amount of rs. 100/- by mistake from the ticket at the time of ticket booking.
    I would request you to kindly check the cash balance, if you recognised any discrepancy so plz process to refund the amount.

      Sir, travelling by 8.15am sbstc bus from esplanade to durgapur; it was a bitter experience. The bus reached satragachi after 35 min, halting at various places. Again the same case from shaktigarh onwards.

      Is it the new type of system incorporated by sbstc kol - durgapur route?

      Pls take action if this is agaist the system.

        Sir,

        Today i have boarded the 8.30 non-stop esplanade to haldia sbstc bus from dhulagarh toll tax which is on the way of this bus. I had booked two seats previously by the apps with ticket no. P[protected]. But conductor had already allotted the seat to someone else and denied to provide us the same seat and also threaten us that if we argue with him he will provide a single seat to us and he asked us whom did we inform that we will board from dhulagarh. For your information there no no. Provided in apps. And no. Provided in website is still unattended. How could we inform? And also the cancellation of seats option is not working for the apps. We are quite regular with this rout of sbstc. We will be very pleased if you kindly take some action against it. We need some relief from this daily suffering.

          Sir,
          I have boarded sbstc bus (@ 2 pm from kolkata) from kolkata on 2nd september, 2017, and when i asked the conductor for the ticket upto 11 mile (Fare rs.115), he gave me ticket upto illambazar (Rs.120). On enquiry, he told me that no ticket upto 11 mile is available in his machine ; although, on online and other bus, it's available. My question is why such system of charging higher priced ticket will be there when the fault is not of the passenger. I urge your kind attention on this matter so that it's solved at the earliest.

            Sir,
            I bought a ticket online via online. Sbstcbooking.co.in on 13/07/2017. My ticket number was l[protected]. But this ticket was confirmed on my second attempt. But on first attempt the confirmation was failed. But my balance of 160 was debited. As per sbstc refund policy my debited balance should be returned in between 8 working days. Today is 25/08/2017 and still i am not getting my money back. Their booking helpline number that given on their website is dead. I don't know what should i do now. I just want my money back. I have proof on by bank passbook that they cut my balance twice. But only one time the ticket was confirm. And the ticket that was confirmed is mentioned above. Please give me suggestion.

            Money Debit My account . but not reservation seat.
            I have been boarding in gayspur -digha from kanchrapara at 6:30 am regularly from 6 months.
            The bus fare is Rs. 78 but the conductor takes 10 to 30 rs from some of people (about 10 persons) without giving any ticket or false tickets of lesser distant. This happens specially on monday.
            When I oppose he also offer me to have a ticket of Rs 30.

              I complained to the bus driver and conductor for the extra charge they were asking me for my extra luggage which was adjustable near by my seat. It was unfair. I asked for extra 160 rs for the luggage. My journey started but the took their revenge in a cruel manner by not droppinh me in my destination spot. The conductor uttered, 'you were complaining so much, now complain more' and she asked me to shut up and dropped me in another far away stop.
              What kind of service is this? Is their no humanity?? The worst experience happened in sbstc burdhaman to karunamoyee

              The conductor asked me for extra 160 rs for luggage which was adjustable beside my seat.That was unfair so i refused.The journey started and the driver and conductor refused me to drop in my destination spot and dropped me far away in another stop.The conductor was shouting, 'Now you complain more' He was even pointing me his finger.
              I didnot expect this from SBSTC which i prefer ro travel everytime i go from bardhaman to kolkata.
              Pls take action against the conductor.

                My tkt was from digha to garia by sbstc. Dep time 4 pm from digha on 15.8.2017. Tiicket no o[protected]. We boarded from contai & unfortunately we saw 5 persons occupied our 5 seats, i repeatedly requested the conductor how can they occupy the reserved seats. Pl tell them to vacate our seats. But the conductor didn' t bothered. Instead, he was arguing. After a long time he made alternative arrangements. So long my mother 78 years & my aunt 65 years & we 3 remain standing in such a overcrowded bus. Until and unless the ticket is cancelled, how can the conductor sell the reserved seats to other persons. Please look into this matter. Otherwise i'll be compelled to go to the higher authority.

                  sbstc booked ticket cancellation policy

                  I have booked ticket for sunday. But i wanted to cancel it as i will be unable to travel on that date. But in online booking site of sbstc i was unable to cancel my tickets. But in the cancellation policy it's not clearly mentioned that booked ticket can be cancelled up to 2 hrs prior to the departure. But there is no option to ancel the ticket. Then why this cancellation policy. Waste of money.....

                  I get up in bus at shaktigarh stoppage to go to durgapur in sbstc bus (Bus no 2885). Conductor asked me to give 60 rupees. I gave him 60 rupees, but he gave me ticket of 50 rupees only. Please take proper action against such corrapt conductor. When i checked the date of the ticket, i found 10/08/17 and time showen 7:00:22

                    I rode the bus from thakurpukur. And my destination is diamond harbour. But the conductor forcefully booked my ticket from behala to diamond harbour and claimed that it was his ticketing machine which booked the ticket. The ticket no is[protected]. Please look into the matter as this type of attitude is not at all expected from a reputed organization like sbstc

                      Dear sir/madam,

                      I pray to god that today what i have to encounter nobody has to face the same.
                      Today i had bored a 6:40 am bus to kolkata from haldia and i was allocated a window seat no. 23. Now as the bus started moving a sudden spell of thundershower poured in and as i was going to pull the glass window down, i felt that it was getting stuck somewhere. After several unsuccessful attempts i called out the conductor to close the window, but he was utmost reluctant to give it a try and after he failed, he went back to his seat silently watching the drama without providing any resolution. I have to travel all the way to kolkata nearly drenched in rain.

                      Till today i had a belief that sbstc is strongly dedicated to our service for commuting safely, but after today's incident i am really harassed and disheartened with a bitter feeling that i have not valued my 85 bucks journey from haldia to kolkata.

                      Request you to kindly look into the matter and ensure that this windows are maintained at regular intervals and the conductors extend their helping hand when sought out for help.

                        I booked my online ticket for tge bus from karoomoyee to durgapur, the exact time was 7.40, this bus got cancelled, the sbstc represtative gave me my seat number exactly as i booked, later he gave my seat to some other lady and gave me a seat over the wheels. When i interrogated him why he gave my seat he misbehaved and said if i booked it online, my problem should be solved online itself. I booked online giving an service amount excessive than the normal in order to choose my seat by myself. This kind of behaviour is nothing uncommon with these people. Is this what we expect as a service?

                          Dear sir, today i traveled in bus no wb 39 3495, started at 6.30 am from suri towards kolkata. The conductor stop the bus frequently though there are no stopage in many of them. Many passenger though oppose this situation but they didn't hear it. They also diverted the bus root at satragachi towards a slow lane. We pay full fare and travelled by bus to reach the office at time but due to some arrogant conductor like this who for their own benefit spoil the good name of sbstc. Thanking you... B. N. Mondal

                            I'm complaining against midnapore dipot. Normally in esplaned dipot and another dipot the ticket is to be distributed just a half hour ago as everyperson who are willing to travel go there some time before, book the ticket as per your choice.in midnapore previously was all good. One day i asked for ticket they said all sold out for kolkata. Ok. Next day the same thing happened. Then the conductor told me they distributed the ticket few hours before. I came few hours before one day the counter said they start selling from a day before. Which just just rediculous. So this time i take a chance and ask for a ticket for a day previously then the counter said maximum are sold. You have to come 2 day previously. From midnapore a huge amount of daily passesnger avail this bus. But for their convenience normal person are being harashed. Please check this matter and make the ticket available only 1 hour ago for all. Thanks.

                              My tickets no are l[protected] & l[protected]. My reference no are 7701997 & 7701946. My cancellation no are 41785 & 41784. I dont get back refund. Every time whenever i cancel my sbstc seat i dont get back my cash in my account. Please send me my refund as early as possible, its more than 20 days i dont get it back. There was a massage sent by sbstc that i would get back my refund within 8 days, but its not. Please refund my amount.

                                  This is to inform you that I have booked a ticket for 30.05.2017 from Sbstc online booking service from Durgapur to Karunamoyeen and also received a confirmation message of the ticket, seat no 6. After I boarded the bus, I found that a same person has the same seat no. The conductor informed that the ticket was invalid though an amount of Rs.140 was deducted, which includes the service tax of Rs 10. I want the money refunded as soon as possible. For your reference I will paste the message which I received:

                                    Sir, I was trying to book a ticket on 9/05/2017. Frm karunamoyee to dgp of 7am departure time . The amount of Rs 140 was deducted from my account but ticket not made . Then again I hv booked another one. It has already 10 days passed but no refund hv been given to my account. Please help me
                                    I am booking for 7-6-17 9.00am Burdwan to kolkata bus of one seat, first time 85 ruppes debit from my bank account but booking failed, so I tried another time this time also the same, so 85*2=170 rps debited from my AC but no ticked is booked .so refund my money back .

                                      Sir, I am prosenjit dutta job in ultratech cement at Calcutta for last 4years. Today at 5.15 p. m. when I came from my native place to esplanade Bus Stand for getting SBSTC Bus for Kolkata, route to esplanade to shyamsundar leaving at evening 5.15 p. m. I don't know who was the conductor as on 27.05.2017.I am regularly came from kolkata and this bus will stop thats stoppage "gunar".Unfortunetly today conductor told me this bus will not stop thats stopage and misbehavior with me.So sir I will request you please watch this matter and solved it.
