South bengal state transport corporation [sbstc] — behavior of the ticket personnel. I sourav routhon 4th may 17, 2017 tkt num[protected] kolkata to asansol. Dep time 15.40 bus num 3221
Today i had gone to karunamoyee to buy tickets for asansol. I had asked for a window seat and had been given seat no.12but i asked for volvo sbstc. But not giving true information they booked cost 350but it was not volvo.. So i requested the person that if volvo is not available plz i will not take but they started shouting and hurling abuses at me. I want volvo which was wbst volvo but they mis guided me and booked the ticket. Where as beside to next counter it was available wbst volvo at 370 so i requested to cancel my ticket or you can take cancellation charge for it but they started shouting. A lady was there whose behaviour was very rudei want to take strict action against this manner and i would also like to remind her that she is getting his salary through our taxes...

    Sir, I am practicing Advocate of the Hon'ble High Court at Calcutta for last 20 years. Today at 5.25 a. m. when I came from my native place to Gopigunge Bus Strand for getting SBSTC Bus for Kolkata, route to Gopigunge to Esplanade leaving at morning 6.15 a. m. and there was a Que for booking ticket so I stand in que for booking ticket and I was seven number. so I requested the Conductor to give my choice seat but the said conductor refused to issue that ticket and forcefully issue the ticket Seat No.7 with his sweet well and charged for Rs.100.00 instead of schedule fair of Rs.70.00 then I protest that unfair practice and the said conductor told me today ticket will charge Rs.100.00 as more rush. The said conductor and Driver jointly misbehave with me and threaten me with very humiliate way which was unexpected from the said Bus Conductor and Driver. So I have to travel with fear and humiliation and my personal prestige and dignity out of question. So I request you to take appropriate steps against that unfair, dishonest and criminal mind attitude of the said Driver and Conductor of the Bus No. WB 39 B 0112 at 6.15 a. m. on 02.5.17. I enclose herewith the Photographs of the said Conductor and Driver.

      I booked online ticket no P[protected] at Digha Amlasole route scheduled 1/5/17 at 7:55am. Around 7:25am I arrived at bus stand and came to know that the actually bus time is 7:35am but on that very day that bus was cancelled. Digha bus terminus administration is unaware of on line booking. So we were forced to travel in a different bus with a different route at 8:30am . We were also forced to sit in seats which were not occupied earlier by other passengers. I feel this is a total mismanagement of administration.

        Few passengers are waiting at Airport 2½ No gate (Aradi No. gate) to catch Karunamoyee Asansol SBSTC bus, schedule to depart from Karunamoyee at 3:00 PM.
        As the bus approaches, conductor give signal to stop the bus but the driver denied to stop. After strong intervention of conductor and other passenger he stops and shouting badly on the passenger and also threatened to drive the bus as per his choice.
        In a nutshell his behaviour is not at all cordial and acceptable to the passenger.

          We've booked one two tickets on30/4/17 for a journey from Esplaned to Burdwan on 02/05/17 at one A/C Bus at10AM, and we availed it. Today, while up-dating the Pass book.I noticed that ticket fare Rs360/ was deducted from my A/C of SBI Garia Br, two times on the same day, ie on 30/4/17, though I received only one ticket.

              I was traveling from Karunamoyee to Burdwan by SBSTC bus service from karunamoyee on 9th April at 10.15 am
              During reaching at Nobabhat Bus tarminal bus tarminal I was just request to drop at the terminal gate but nexpectedly the bus driver extremly misbehave with me and other passengers also.
              He told me that without any passenger he will able to draw the salary and he has no bothered about passengers.
              I am asking that who is giving power to him to misbehave with passengers, have there any responsibility/botherness towards passengers or passengers will suffering regulerly by this type of misbehave. If you want to run your service then please stop this type of drivers.

                On dated 8/4/17 from dharmatala to suri bus (No.1949) at 2 pm, the bus conductor take money for seat no 8 (Without ticket) at 13:05 pm, but at the time of departure he give me seat no of 15, but on that seat he allotted to another one, after complaint he is roughly answered that seat is yours and you have to empty it. He also taken ₹300 for each cartoon from some passengers.

                On 9/04/2017 I was tried to book ticket fron kolkata to haldia by online.
                In the first attempted after payment completed through netbanking, It shows booking failure but Rs 95.00 had been debited from my account.
                Similarly my 2nd attempted also ends in the same manner,
                So please return my Rs 95.00 x2 =Rs 190.00.

                  Sir/mam, on march 25th I am trying to book my tickets online from burdwan to kolkata for 28th march on 9am sbstc bus but during payment each times transaction failed and their as charging from my account of Rs 85 as i tried for 2nd time at that time also same thing happened.                     I was travelling from burdwan to karuanamoyee on 27-mar-0217 by sbstc bus no (B1667) that started at 18.30 from burswan. I was travelling with my family along with my 8 years old son. After airport (Gate no stoage), i requested bus driver and conductor to stop at haldiram designated bus stoppage itself as i had luggage and family. There was no traffic altogether and signal was green. Driver intentionally denied my request and stood far away from the designated bus stoppage. While i told him about such behavior, he was repeatedly telling and challenging me to go to baguihati thana, raising complaint against him etc. My ticket no was l[protected] and i was occupying seat#29, 20, 34 & 35. He was very rude and passing provoking messages after the incident. Seems such kind of driver is defaming sbstc and they are real threat of passengers. Request proper action as per above details.

                      Harassment for getting fair concession being a physically challenged with valid bus pass

                      I am a physically challanged person with 90%disability certificate and buss fair concession pass.I need to travel weekly ftom asansol to kolkata by sbstc govt bus weekly.since last 2months I am facing problem to get seat for that bus to travel. Inspite of showing valid handicapped certificate and free bus fee pass i am not getting neitther advance ticket or current ticket on boarding.since last 2month bus dept excetive allowing to seat me...

                      The person present in the ticket counter for buses from esplanade to kandi, doesn't deserve to be there . He talks too much rudely and in a barbaric way, moreover he confuses the passengers, if. anyone wants to see the conductor of the bus, he tells "he's out for snacks" when he is present right beside him. He keeps clicking selfies on his own when someone goes there asking for any help and acts as if he's super-busy! The person present in the ticket counter should always be someone helpful and polite, absolutely not someone barbaric, shameless, spiteful one like him. I will be highly grateful to the authority if they look into the matter carefully, and change the person in responsibility there. He troubles me a lot as I am a frequent passenger . I am really bothered about the matter. Hopefully you will find one solution or replace him for the sake of your passengers.

                            I, Shri Bhola Nath Mandal/63 yrs. tried booked 2 nos. seats from KARUNAMOYEE-BANKURA on[protected] against seat number 34 &35 for the journey of[protected] for the bus whose departure time was 6.40 AM but I was success to purchase tickets on third attempt.For the first two time an amount of @Rs.330X2=Rs.660/- as mentioned i)POS PRCH POS[protected] SBSTC 330, ii)POS PRCH POS[protected] SBSTC 330 were debited from my account and till time that amount were not refunded.                               I have bought a ticket for Burdwan from Kolkata in SBSTC today. I have bought tickets in AC bus for convenience of travel, however I travelled with great difficulty since the seat infront of me was bent backwards and I had great difficulty in sitting. On telling the conductor, i was told he can't do anything and that I should complaint to get resolution.

                              Travel date : 18.02.2017

                              Bus timing was 6pm, however the bus came late and left after 6:25pm

                              When can I get a revert about the action taken towards my complaint
                              I travel now suri to durgapur last bus. One person travel with me . He pay 15rs from suri to ilambazar. Not given any ticket.
                              Like another person pay only 40rs from suri to durgapur.
                              How its possible.

                              Why video not uploadig i dont know.

                              Plz look it. For unbalance faire.

                                I am traveling with my wife and son today from karunamoyee to burdwan on sbstc bus at 3.00 pm at karunamoyee. 3 luggage with me which is permissible. But conductor of that bus charge me extra 200 for that luggage. Bus no 0937 ticket no o[protected]. If this is illegal then action taken. Main culprit is 3.30 karunamoyee burdwan bus conductor he want 250.00 for that one.

Today the bus was over crowded by passenger and the bus when reached to bagnan the driver taken two stoppage at 50feet distant and after that place same type of practice is going on then i opposed such stoppage so that the bus can reach on time and passenger safety and comfort are ensured. But the conductor - mr. Kundu and driver misbehave me, again when reached to esplanade misbehave and threatened with dare consequences which is unexpected from driver and conductor, then i have luggage so i cannot inform to police. Moreover, in connivance with driver and that conductor-mr. Kundu, used to allot seat of the passengers with his sweet will and allot some seat to the passengers in exchange of cost and before reaching quantum of passengers money seat were allotted. So i request to the concerned authority to take appropriate steps against such miscreant driver and conductor-mr. Kundu to drop from the said rout so that passengers can travel peacefully and safely with out humiliation and threaten.                                     I boarded a sbstc bus from durgapur on 23rd january 3:05pm. Bus no 3212. Conductor was utterly misbehaving. I had a lot of luggage and i have a problem of back ache from an accident i had met. I informed this to him well beforehand and asked me to drop at the correct location. When i was ready to get down, he was chatting on his phone and misbehaved with me saying bus won't stop. I told him that i am a regular customer and every bus has a stoppage there but he started pouring slangs. He finally dropped me at the last location i. E sbstc bus stand in karunamoyee. I urge sbstc to take strict action against him so that passengers don't have to suffer this way.

                                    I booked ticket from durgapur to karunamoyee twice on 4th Feb 2017 through your app. Amount of Rs 280 was debited from my account but my ticket was not generated due to some error.I talked to your helpline number but my money has not been refunded yet so I want my money back asap
