Dear sir,
My self avishek chanda, yesterday i have bought one ticket from karunamoyee to asansol for 21st nov 2016 (05:15 am service) for the seat no 28.
By mistake i didn’t checked my mobile for sms, when i have board the bus in the morning i realized that inform the same to respective conductor.
He forced me to purchase another ticket for same route, same day, same bus & same seat. (Ticket no : [protected].)
Is it really the policy of your esteemed organization, i’m travelling every monday from last one year, but i’ve never feel so much harassed.
Ticket was not transferable. That i know, i. E. I want show him my voter id. But the conductor didn’t convinced.
Sir really i’m so much glad to purchase two ticket for the same seat.
Hope you can take some action to feel better in the better bengal.
