Sir,
I'm a regular passenger of sbstc from esplanade to arambagh, sometimes to joypur also. Today i booked a ticket online from esplanade to joypur (Bishnupur) with rs 100/-. Bus time was 2.10 pm. But arriving there i knew that only one passenger that's me booked a ticket for the bus & due to that or some other reasen the bus was cancelled. I had to tender a ticket afresh upto arambagh (No o[protected]) without adjusting the fare amount already paid thr' online for the previous one. Instead i had been delivered the bus service held-up hand - written informa information on an application made by me..... Please look into the matter seriously & arrange to refund the requisite amount as early as possible. The relevant screenshot/ messege is attached for your kind perusal & quick action.

Sir, despite your kind forward of my genuin complain regarding the refund
of my paid ticket amount neither anyone contacted me from SBSTC company nor
any refund process/intimation started as yet. It is very bitter experience
for a passenger like me.

Sir i am a regular customer o[censored]r service from karunamoyee to Asansol and few days back i booked 3 tickets for the journey on19th from karunamoyee to asansol through your online portal and i payed for the tickets online from your portal and after the transaction done it says dur to some error your tickects are not booked but my money from my back got deducted 495rs and i want that money to be refunded please sir refund me my money back and try to solve this problem from your server

    Due to problem of my car, l along with my wife boarded a sbstc bus on 22.1.17
    Conductor took Rs 80 & refunded Rs 20. He collected fare from surrounding passengers with giving tickets. I told " you forget to give me ticket". He said " I favoured you a concession in fare instead ticket" I was utterly humiliated & got furious. Ultimately he took back Rs10 & issued ticket of Rs 90, no

      Today i booked 2 tickets for asansol from kolkata through your online booking site online. Sbstcbooking.co.in. An amount of rs.320/- was debited from my hdfc bank credit card mastercard, while your site says that "your session expired". I want my money back and request you to improve your service so as not to jeopardize the state's name any further. I hope that my genuine complaint will be resolved asap

        I am going kolkata from muchipara durgapur by bus started at 3:05pm from city center today(12/01/17).Actual ticket fare is 125.But they charged 135 rupees.It happens in muchipara offline ticket counter, Durgapur today.I asked them to return my 10 rupees.They said "It's service charge".I said, " You r giving ticket offline.Service charge is required for online service."Still they didn't return. Kindly take necessary action.

            Sir, I had booked two tickets online on 30.12.16 from burdwan to karunamoyee at 6.30 p.m but unfortunately the bus would not come at pseduel time, I was waiting for 1 hr.45 minutes at golap bag bus stoppage, My question is If the bus cancelled or delay why don't you inform the passengers as in online we have given mobile no.? like IRTC, I have lost 180 rupees ( my ticket no. isL[protected]), You should look after the matter seriously & refund my money in my account no.[protected], SBIas soon as possible.

              I am a daily passenger from Burdwan to Kandi in the Malda/Berhampore (Murshidabad Distt.), two buses from Nababhat bus stand to Malda is departing at 07.40 and 08.45 Hrs, but most of the days buses are not coming i.e, it is very irregular. No landline contact no. available, only one mobile no is given online which also found switched off most of the time. Kindly look into the matter.

                Dear sir,

                My self avishek chanda, yesterday i have bought one ticket from karunamoyee to asansol for 21st nov 2016 (05:15 am service) for the seat no 28.

                By mistake i didn’t checked my mobile for sms, when i have board the bus in the morning i realized that inform the same to respective conductor.

                He forced me to purchase another ticket for same route, same day, same bus & same seat. (Ticket no : [protected].)

                Is it really the policy of your esteemed organization, i’m travelling every monday from last one year, but i’ve never feel so much harassed.

                Ticket was not transferable. That i know, i. E. I want show him my voter id. But the conductor didn’t convinced.

                Sir really i’m so much glad to purchase two ticket for the same seat.

                Hope you can take some action to feel better in the better bengal.

                  On 29th October 2016, i had purchased three tickets of bus from esplanade to haldia 7:15 seat no 13;14;15 in the name of sajani saha on the same day is 29oct 2016...in the morning 5:58am...after giving my net banking password n otp money has been debited from account but didn't get confirmation message of seats reserved...after booking of seats it becomes unfreed so that no one else can rebook...but in case of mine the seats were freezed only for few minutes..after not getting messages of seat reservation over phone I could see the seats number are unfreezed...i didn't get refund yet...on being asked in the counter it is said money will be refunded back..which has not yet...this matter is really irritating...even after complains issues is not getting solved...I have asked this matter in my concerned bank they said sbstc should debit the money from their account

                    I have booked 3 tickets on 29nov 2016 morning at 5:58am for nonstop bus to haldia from Kolkata at 7:15 of rs 375...the ticket was cancelled automatically n seats were unfreezed.amount was debited but since it has cancelled on own the money has not refunded back yet to my account...please check n credit my money into my account...orelse the matter may reach to consumer forum

                    They have not emailed me...when after booking tickets the otp came n money deduction message came...but the seats which should be reserved was for only for a minute...when I didn't get msg over phone to show to the bus while travelling I went to the app and tried to see the future booking and it was not showing...rather the seats were unfreezed I could see and anyone can do booking again since it was unfreezed...when I encountered in the counter they said money will be refunded back and no advance booking is showing for seat no 13;14;15...I booked it in my sisters name..SAJANI SAHA ...each ticket of 125 with service tax

                    How can you say it has resolved when I didn't get my money back??? I went to bank from which I did payment they said amount is credited in sbstc account until and unless they debit the figure it won't show credit in bank account

                    Today im travelling from kolkata to haldia via sbstc 5 pm bus after paying extra charges for non stop bus, but it is stopping 3-4 stops like tamluk and nanda kumar to drop passengers, please look into this seriously as they cam take extra money drom the passengers to drop them anywhere

                    I tried booking tickets (95rs) on 16th night for burdwan to karunamayee but ticket number confirmation didn’t came to my number . Payment id : 99423633
                    The amount has been debited and since then three days has passed.
                    On 17th morning I again tried booking tickets and again the same thing occurred.amount got debited (90rs) but ticket confirmation message did not reach my message box .

                    But after few minutes I received a mail back stating such is adress does not exist.
                    I want reversal of 185rs.

                        Today 30th oct 2016 i booked 3 online ticketand ticket no L[protected] and seat no 24, 25, 29 from kolkata to arambagh but at ticket counter the concerned person told that 11am bus is not available and we need to board 11.30am bus though bus no wb39a 1890 was available in stand from 10.45am.This is not the first time i faced this problem, earlier also i booked 11 am tic and i was forced to board at 111.0 am bus as 11 am bus was nit available like today.
                        If 11am bus is not available every time then why 11am bus booking can be done online.
                        Me and family are in urgent situation to reach my home town arambagh as my family member is not well but with this type o[censored]nprofessional schedule of sbstc is really causing lot of trouble to people.

                          Hi, on 18.10.2016 i booked a sbstc bus non ac ticket from asansol to karunamoyee, seat no - 24 and made online payment for bus ticket of rs.165/- through my hdfc netbaning and payment done successfully but blank screen was there. But the payment is done successfully and the amount is debited from my account. The reference number for the transaction is “hhdf[protected]-billdksouthbengalsta” so what should i do now?.                             I am arundhati a regular passenger of sbstc esplanadebstc durgapur route. Today i boarded the bus from esplanade at 9.45pm. It was esplanade asansol bus.. Bus no 1664. The driver and conductor mr shaw were both picking up passenger from middle and taking less money from them and putting the whole in his pocket. Not only that he is unnecessarily delaying the journey by doing this malpractice. I feel sbstc should take immediate action against them and restore our faith in them

                              Sir on dt 14/09/2016 i try to purchase ticket vide POS [protected] at BD- SBSTC txn480528 but no ticket issued though dr. through my dr. card no[protected] for rs 140 atat 13.33 0n 14/09/2016 and again at 13.50 on the same date under the same POS as\stated above, , the same dr card debited again 140/- at BD SBSTC txn481614

                                Problem is- bus cooling problem and bus stop in kolaghat and all passengers r shipping next bus and all passengers r standing at kolaghat to habra.

                                I am a regular passenger of sbstc bus . Today I have seen that the conductor of this bus WB39A9994 not taking proper fair from passenger and give low price tickets to the passenger. I have no prove to provide you against this but it is true. I give this information to you for your enquiry .
                                I travel today from esplanade to digha(tic no[protected]sbstc bus no 0613, leaving at 7 am from esplanade. bus did not went to New Digha, conductor stopped bus whimsically at Old Digha.And after Chandipur conductor didn't gave any ticket in exchange of money to the person.please look this for betterment of SBSTC..
                                The driver of the bus wb-39A1254 is drunk. And he drives the bus too much rough way. Immediately we want action as soon as possible. He iss too much rough driving. While going towards burdwan from Kolkata.

                                  The conductors of buses from durgapur to esplanade asks for rs.300-400 for even a small luggage. They don't even provide a ticket. They forcefully throws out the passengers if they are not bribed. When they are informed of complaints, they say "jake complain korar kore nin, amar kichu jai asbe na".
                                  I would request you to kindly generate a 24x7 helpline number so that the safety & convenience of passengers is not at further stake. The number of passengers have already decreased. The empty buses are a clear sign of people avoiding sbstc.

                                    I regularly travel from bolpur to futisanko in sbstc bus. The timing of the bus is 8:45 at bolpur which leaves at 9 am. It reaches futisanko at around 10:20 a. M. To my astonishment i see everyday that the conductor namely mr. Anup collects differential fare from different persons which is very unrealistic and unfaithful to the organisation. I asked the conductor the reason for that. He said specific cardholders are only eligible for reduced bus fare. But then i cross checked with my other co passengers who did not have that card but the conductor takes reduced fare from them.

                                    I request you to take stringent action against this malpractice and provide necessary service like transportation at equal price from everyone.

                                      The suri Kolkata bus at 5.00am on dated 18/8/16 did not stop at Jambuni stoppage which is schedule stoppage .We are compelled to stand for the next bus in rain due to whimsical decision of the driver.You are requested to take actions earliest as it is a daily drama of the drivers and most of them drive in drunk condition at morning time (4.15 & 5.00 am).

                                        On 18.07.2016 i have booked two tickets at baruipur digha bus service ticket counter (raju das, mob-[protected]) for journey on 23.07.2016 and returned back 24.07.2016 by ac bus. accordingly i had already been paid rs. 750/- in advance at the time of booking and i got a ticket from raju das for journey from baruipur to digha only. as there is no bus number in the ticket and he also told that the you will get return ticket on journey date i. e. 23.07.2016 after paid of rs. 750/-. unfortunately our tour programme has been cancelled due to my partner suddenly illness. then i had contact to raju das over telephone and i asked on 22.07.2016 that i want to cancel the tickets and can i return the fare of said tickets for cancelation. he replied that you will get of fare of tickets after cancel the aforesaid ticket and he also told that you will return the ticket as soon as possible. accordingly i have returned the ticket no time wastage on 22.07.2016. but neither money returned nor receipt that time also he told that i will call to you. i am sorry to say till date has no call got from raju das.
                                        Therefore i request you to kindly look into matter and necessary action at your end.

                                        Hi, i bought a ticket for a bus from durgapur to karunamoyee ( 5.25 p.m. bus), the money was deducted from my account, for Seat number 36, but i did not get a ticket, please either refund or provide ticket asap.
                                        I am in my way to Durgapur from punjabi more. Some guys are running this govt bus with a no. Of WB39A0612. The bus is in very broken condition and not al all a deluxe one. One guy claimed to be the conductor claiming Rs.30.00 for this much way. Please look into the matter.
