    Dear sir

    With due respect i would like to inform you that you have taken a good initiative of online ticket booking system sbstc but the helpline and customer service is very poor. I booked a ticket (Rs. 160 ticket attached) from esplanade to asansol on 5/6/2016 and my travel date was 6/6/2016 at morning 5.30 am boarding from dankuni. As there is no contact number or bus number in the ticket i called the helpline number (Obtained through sbstc website) & got this number [protected] to know any further detail. I called this number on 5/6/2016 at 11.57 am to know the bus detail and reaching time at dankuni as i was boarding from dankuni, but very disappointed by the rude behavior of the person. I requested him the bus number and the conductor/driver number of the next day bus which i reserved, but very arrogantly he asked me to call in the morning after 5 am to know all things. On the day of journey i. E.6/6/2016 when i called that number again on 5.42 am, he informed me that there is no stoppage on dankuni and it depends on driver's whim to stop there or not. I saw a bus there at dankuni sbstc stop on 6.05 am and as there is no assurance of stoppage of the bus i booked online, i am forced to get there and have to take ticket (Rs. 155) again on that bus - karunamayi asansol (Ticket attached) even after showing the online ticket. As the bus was packed i didnt get any seat till durgapur and the conductor told me the every bus stops at dankuni. Even i saw a board also at dankuni for sbstc bus stoppage so why such misinformation was given to me?
    I incurred monetary loss of rs.160 and physical and mental harassment due to the inappropriate, mis-behavior and wrong information given to me through telephone. Therefore i request you to kindly take necessary action against the person sitting there and please reimburse my monetary loss i. E. Rs.160 to me.
    I further request you to kindly mention the bus number and conductor's mobile number on the e ticket for convenience of the consumer and as a service industry please give importance to customer service.

    I was traveling from city center durgapur to Bankura by karunamoyee to Bankura bus. The conductor was very rude and taken more fare as Rs. 40/. The original fare was Rs.38/-. I have proof of tickets. Kindly take action against as early as possible.

      Today around 7:20 am in the morning a bus, no. WB 39 B0022, was crossing Bhagat Singh signal at Asansol when the signal was red. In the meantime while I was in opposite direction and was crossing the road, the traffic signal being still red, the bus no. already mentioned above breaking the signal rule rashly drove up to me. I consider myself fortunate enough that got saved from such a massive accident which could have taken my life today. I would put forward my request to please take these matter utmost seriously and take serious actions to stop indisciplined driving which have a life-taking possibilities.

        Hello,
        Please be uninformed i was travelling from burdwan to karunamayee today (17 th may, 2016) bus timing - 6.50 a. M. Bus number-1044.

        I am a regular passenger of sbstc but never faced this kind of situation before. The driver was extremely rude and doesn't know how to behave with a lady passenger. The bus route of karunamayee is supposed be via by pass then karunamayee. But this time driver didn't even bother to ask whether there are passengers to get down at by pass or not. Still he moved the route to karunamayee via pnb. When i requested him to let me get down at pnb he didn't bother to stop the bus rather misbehaved and argued with me.
        Please note, while driving he was supposed to concentrate but for long 2 hours he was continuously speaking to a person sitting beside him and when i asked to stop he literally said that my talking is disturbing him to drive and get out from there.

        It is very unfortunate to say this sbstc had a reputation to me but after this incident i will think twice to avail this facility given by out sarkar.

        We all working people generally take the morning buses to travel so it's ur humanity that they should value thew time of others as well.

        I don't know the name of the creature who was travelling the bus. But i pray to god for his well being and to bless him and teach him how to give respect to a lady.

        I need quick action on this.

        I will surely put a written complaint but before that i need your helping hand to give me justice and there are lot more people who travel like this. I am writing this for all so that this must not be repeated again.

        And also let me know if you guys can do anything on this or else i will take this to the next level.

          I am a lady and i was the passenger of bus no 39a 1634 which was depart from city center durgapur at 3.30 pm on 08/04/2016 my ticket no is cc 0440891.Seat no 24. Bus destination was esplanade but at 8.10 pm the bus driver and the conductor suddenly stop the bus before 2nd hooghly bridge in a dark and silent place and said the passenger to left the bus, and said the bus will not go to esplanade depot due to some unknown problem. But i know there was not any problem in bus . That bus was of howrah depot and they do not want go in espanade jam and they did it very cleverly. That incident was not 1st time for me .I am the sufferer for several times. So this is my request to pls do something against this type of customer harrasing incident. Thank you.

            On 18.03.2016 I have booked two tickets from Karunamayee to Burdwan for journey on 22.03.2016 at 16.00 hrs. Accordingly Rs.180/- was debited from my Account without confirmation of booking. In this connection I had sent two mails at query.sbstcbooking.co.in on 22.03.16 and 24.03.16 but not received any response from them. I had to booked further for the said journey for which Rs.180/- was debited from account furher.

              I tried a bus ticket from sbstc from karunamoyee to burdwan for 16.11.15 (Monday) on 6:30am through SBI debit card and after transaction was complete and amount debited from my account ticket is not issued till now. My ref ID is 2251172.

                I booked an online ticket..but as the same ticket number was given to another person so my ticket was told invalid by the SBSTC ticket counter.And i was being harassed and was being told to book another ticket. My ticket details is as follows:-

                    Hi, On 25.12.2015 I booked a SBSTC bus NON AC ticket from DURGAPUR to KARUNAMOYEE, Seat no- 37 and made online payment for bus ticket of Rs.140/- through my HDFC Debit card and payment done successfully and successful message I have received in my phone but my transaction was failed with error "Reasons: sorry!We are unable to process your transaction.Please contact us at [protected]@billdesk.com for any queries". But the payment is done...

                      At Burdwan Nawabhat Bus stand on 5th Dec 2015 due to link failure advance booking was cancelled. I was there to avail 2.10 pm bus to karunamoyee. As usual booking staff was very reluctant to answer any query. After repeated request he said take yr seat in d bus ticket will be available there. At the bus contractor told me u can choose any seat. I hv seated and bus started. But at ullhas another bus stand of the Burdwan city one passenger with advance booking ticket forced me to leave the seat. 10-12 passengers experienced the same. Contractor and driver and caretaker or something else of the ullhas busy and behaved so rudely that we did some mistake by availing sbstc bus. They misguided me by giving false information and harrased me physically and mentally. It was bus no 2938 timing 2.10pm from Burdwan to karunamoyee

                        For that reason we missed the bus from malancha bazar. 10 tickets reserved for us..when we contact with them they said sorry, please come to garia dipot.then we went garia dipot to catch the bus by 2autos. 3 families 10 members including 4 ladies 2children. at that time heavy raining in garia. then our bus went to esplaned with some problem. after that our bus went to howrah dipot for repairing. but its tyere was punchered. after repairing we starts on 10.15 am. and reached digha 1.55pm and also toylet was locked. what a experience.

                            i am traveling in sbstc bus from asansol to kolkata (3.35 bus from asansol) and this driver has no skill of smooth driving. i am afraid of my well being in this bus. i urge the organization to take this issue a serious one as i am not comfortable at all in this bus. and i dont think so that i am going to travel again in sbstc.

                              Ticket no[protected] bus no WB 30A2918 this bus are arrived in durgapur CT center and stopage all places any like a one passenger resive army gate 3 and he going to galshi conductor was not give ticked this passenger and one passengr pickedup bypass whay sbstc are not maintain our rules. And other passengers asked conductor why u stopage other places than conductor give answer that's my personal mater and if you are interested complained in my office that's OK I have not a problem. So I requested sbstc management team please provide behaviour training our staff and must be required one checker in our checking place. sbstc is very good transport service present time government improve the service But your some bus conductor and driver is very bad.

                                This is to draw your attention that the driver of the bus Wb-02 3576 was driving recklessly on Friday 15th May 2015.The bus almost tilted on number of occassions.The bus left Karunamoyee at 7:15 pm.The driver was continuously chatting with his friends, he had minimum focus while driving.On being told to concentrate instead of chatting he behaved weirdly.The passengers at the back were at utter discomfort.Passengers objected several times.He was also smoking.Since its a night bus hence reckless driving poses huge threat and risk to the life of passengers.Hence please take necessary action immediately.

                                  Ticket No # BB2598658 Bus No # 0357 Journey From:Kolkata Journey To: Ranichak DOJ: O9.03.2015 Seat No # 16 Ticket Booking Time:9:48:23 Departure Time:10:00 AM Dear Official, With reference to the above details, I would like to inform that on that journey date self had requested Esplanade ticket counter booking staff to allot one window seat in the front portion of the bus.But when I came to know that the same had not booked as per my preference, then I came to counter once again and asked the reason for not fulfilling my preference though many other window seat were still vacant at that time.The booking staff informed that tickets are being booked in serial number.Then I told if his version is correct then why so many seats are not booked serialy? In this connection I would like to inform few passenger got window seat as per preference by keeping serial number wise seat vacant.After hearing my arguments the booking staff got excited and shouting on me inside booking counter and his colleagues were not protesting for such behaviour.So many passenger saw the incident but he was not reluctant to carry on such behaviour.In such condition we did some hot ward exchange within us.But no staff from your end tried to control the situation.Even more they were encouraging that person to carry on such situation.In the mean time he used some unperliamentary language infront of your staff & other passengers waiting in the que to book ticket for Haldia.Hearing this I rushed towards the entrance of that booking counter to protest his behaviour. At that moment all other staffs (3-4 persons) got united and shouted upon me and one of the staff hold my hand and told that he can handover myself to police by giving false non-bailable case for attempting to snatch government fund.In such way all of them tried to abuse me including that ticket booking staff.My only intention was to protest mainly against that booking staff's behaviour.Some persons present in que also tried to protest his misbehaviour with their copassenger.Seing the adverse situation & due hurry to go my destination I controlled myself and entered into the bus silently. During such incident, I came to know such type of misbehaviour he used to do as regular practice with any of the passenger books ticket from this counter.Again to inform that nearly one month back he had misbehaved during refund of balance amount. During my travel to Haldia some passengers were informing me about that person's misbehaviour with different passengers time and time again.Everyone suggested to put complain of this incident to give lesson to that SBSTC staff.Honestly speaking his behavioural attitude became intollerable.Out of them two persons were also informing the misbehaviour conducted by him earlier also. Now I would like to request to investigate the issue from SBSTC's concerned department and take suitable action against him & his colleagues to maintain goodwill of SBSTC.Such type of persons are harming SBSTC's goodwill significantly.Prompt action from SBSTC's end will highly be appreciated.                                     With regret I like to draw your kind attention to the following for favour of your kind information and taking necessary action:- that, I was insulted by Sri Mohimaranjan Banerjee, one of the Conductors of SBSTC, Durgapur, Bankura to Karunamoyee down tip Bus no. WB39A-9509 on 13/11/2014 at 6.30 P.M. while returning home availing the said bus. that, the behavior of the conductor was not good, even he used some ugly words/ abusing language to me in presence of other passengers, when he asked for to show the Fare Chart at the time of paying the actual fare of travelling. that, he did not show me the Fare Chart, instead of that the started quarreling with me using unutterable language, which compelled me to lodge a complain against him to you. Considering the above circumstances, you are requested to do the needful with this regard at your earliest.

                                      I work in a Software company in Kolkata, today, Oct 17th, I caught the SBSTC bus in Beliatore which departed from Bankura at 1.10pm. I asked the bus conductor for a sit as I had to come karunamoyee. The conductor ask me to in 13th number sit and took 140/- for fare. I asked is the fare 140/-? he replied YES I sais OK. Now when the bus arrived to Durgapur the conductor says that I have to sit in 12 number sit. When I asked why, he replied that he says "AMI BOLECHILAM EKHON 13 NUMBER SIT E BOSO " sit in sit no. 13 for the time being. When I was talking with the conductor, one passenger who sit on the sit number 10, supported the conducted and abusing me, THE CONDUCTOR SUPPORTED HIM. The person HIT ME, THE CONDUCTED ALSO SUPPORTED HIM. The conductor took my teacket and refund 120/- and asked me to leave the bus before Bankura more in durgapur. I am travelling since last 3 years in Bankura Karunamoyee SBSTC. The conductor named Akbar Khan along with Pravat knows me very well I never had any fight or any misbehave with neither any passengers nor with the conductor for a single time. But this one is pathetic. Please look into this matter ASAP. Is this your service???? How a conductor says to leave the bus before bus stand (Durgapur) though he took 20/- for Beliatore to Durgapur ? how a conductor can support a passenger who hit another passenger? THE SBSTC BUS NUMBER OF 1350. it use to left Bankura at 1.10PM, and use to left Karunamoyee 5.50AM. Please find out the information about conductor and do the needful. Regards Dharmendu Nag
