Tried to book ticket on 12.01.2023 from karunamoyee to Durgapur for journey date on 13.01.2023. Money deducted from bank account of State bank during online payment but ticket not generated due to some error. This was happened from sbstc user account.
I again tried booking of the same and second time again it was unsuccessful. So i request you to refund the money for unsuccessful booking immediately

I have a issue regarding seat reservation in SBSTC Buses. Everyday, I face this issue... There is no proper management at all. I booked a ticket of BURDWAN TO KARUNAMOYEE AC BUS from RED BUS APP.
The travelling date was 03/01/2023 and time was 3.45 pm.
Although my booking was confirmed but the bus got cancelled without any prior notice although online booking was done.
Refund process is getting delayed unnecessarily....

BY SBSTC, WHICH START JOURNEY AT 7.05 A.M FROM BANKUA DEPO. they have two prereserved ticket 34, 35.

Sir, I boarded from Midinipore for Koronamoye at about 02.45 pm on 12/12/2022. After 10 minutes l, conductor came to me and asked me for ticket. I asked ticket for last stop i.e Koronamoye as per display plate of bus. But conductor give me ticket only for Airport and asked me that this bus will be stopped at Airport and go to Koronamoye if some passengers boarded for. I am a daily passanger of sbstc bus, kolkata from karunamoyee to mecheda. I used to take bus from 3 no. Airport but while getting up into the bus, it didn't stop. The bus was in running state and i was forced to get up in that situation. It is totally unsafe and breaking of traffic safety rules. Kindly take appropriate action....

today I was travelling from contai to Kharagpur on one of the SBSTC bus that leaves contai at 9.40 AM, the driver driving the bus so irresponsibly that after my journey I have to take 30 minutes break to catch my breath!!
