Sir, 6.30 am bus from midnapore to Esplanade is always late to reach by 30 mins

I boarded the bus from Durgapur, my destination is Bankura. The bus no. is- WB39A9509.
The luggage carrier of the bus is too small, it's impossible to fit a luggage bag inside it. I requested the conductor to allow me to keep my bag infront of his seat, because there was ample amount of space infront of his leg.
He didn't allow me to keep the bag, moreover he misbehaved with me and with my fellow family members.
Please...

Today, Esplanade to Nandigram bus at 4.45 pm cancel by authority. Although I have a 1 sit booked in that bus. I m trying to get resolved and refund my ticket rent but i didn't get till now. Please help me and my ticket details given in below...

I am going to Kolkata from Suri on 03/07/2022 at 3.15pm (Ticket no- TR7X70915229, PNR- R[protected]). The conductor charge me Rs. 200 for my luggage, which is approx 3kg weight. Is this justified? Also the conductor behaved rudely and tell that "Cholun dharmotala dekhchi tarpor". Is this the behave are except from them?????

Bus No: WB 39 A 1553 Purulia to Durgapur.

Bus is not maintaining any time schedule. The driver gives stoppage everywhere. If someone raises his hand in the middle of the road, he simply stops the bus. Such a pathetic service by SBSTC. Even driver is taking Gutka at the time of driving. He doesn't care about the time and safety of the passengers.

In view of the above, please improve your service otherwise it will be a dangerous condition. Please register a complaint against the driver of the bus. Your earlier response is highly appreciated.

I am traveling to My home Debra from Kolkata. At the time of tickets booking in Kolkata Esplanade sbstc bus terminal i ask for my luggage tickets they said conductor will provide the ticket during journey but the conductor overcharged me. Normally tickets charges are 78rs/ person for Esplanade to Debra but for the luggage they charge me 190rs. I ask for charges details but they can't provide any charges list even they didn't give me computerized bill they give lile local bus tickets. Is this behaviour justified?

The driver and conductor of the bus number WB-39A-9512 (Date: 27/06/2022, 3:50 pm New Digha- Baruipur) were picking some passangers who are known to them without ticket. And after some time those passangers has started consuming alcohol among with the conductor. This situation has become disgusting for the other passengers. I want a strict action against the driver and conductor who have allowed them to drink alcohol.

I booked the bus but the bus did not run that day so I ordered to return my money

I was traveling to Barjora to Beliator. Actual ticket fare is Rs.12. But conductor took Rs.17 from me. When I said him the actual fare, he told me not to mock with him, he showed his machine which was showing Rs.17. But actual fare is not that. Why should I pay more? Do something about this. This isn't about the Rs.5 he took more from me, this about genuineness. Why that machine was showing Rs.17 ?

The bus has very few passenger but my booking sheat no was 44. The bus driver was doing rush driving. There was too much jarking in the back side. So I went to talk the conductor of the bus and inform that it was really problem in the back side due to jarking. He start to use slang language against me but I did not use any slang language.
Kindly look into such behaviour conductor.

I got on the the bus which started at 8.10 am from Asansol bus stand as Asansol malda route via Illambazar, my destination was 11 mile stopage, ticket fare Rs 80/- . But at Durgapur Muchipara stopage I along with other passengers were forced to get off from the bus as the codutor told us the bus would not go Illambazar, it would rather go via Joydev which was not the route. In this way we were forcefully get off from the bus in that extreme hot and humid weather condition. It gave us lot of trouble and also killed lot of time to reach our destination.

Please your justification.

I book a window yesterday (12.06.2022)sit in Digha-via Esplanade-Arambag dept SBSTC for going on Date-13.06.2022 Time-8.00A.m.destination-esplanade. I choose my sit beside window and the no is 11 from SBSTC application. The bus no is 0105.
But today when I am ready to travel in bus the conductor told me that my sit is not that sir ... There are two 11 no sit is available in bus .. How is this possible?same number. They gave my sit another passenger..and gave me a sit in middle of 3sit.This is disgusting.why such behaviour? And there are more than 50 bus in digha depot but when we are searching in online we find 5-6 buses.. we can't find bus in our time.. solve the issue or i send a complaint letter to higher authority

I have booked 2 nos of tiket from Raghunathpur to Durgapur date 7/ 06/2022 .My balance of rs 160/- deduction but tiket not booked and also I can't get refund my balance

To day on 07/06/2022 I am travelling by a SBSTC BUS from durgapur to PURI
the said bus reach Bankura about 7.15 PM sudenly just passing ramsagar the bus stops . And some people come with some badges filled with water and fry ( kids of fish) and filled up into luggage carriers also inside the buses last seat with the help of driver and conductor. All the way the Driver stop the bus here and their and carry unauthorised passengers which is highly unsecured. I am scared that how and when I reach puri. My destination.
This type o[censored]nbecoming work ethics must stop. It is my request please look into the matter and punish dishonest staff immediately. SAVE SBSTC ITS OUR PRIDE.

10may2022, we are booking 2 tickets from karunamoyee to asansol. When we reached bus stop in airport gate we know that bus is cancled. It was very problematic situation for us. From bus counter they are told money will be refund by 3 -4 days. It's one month passed we did not get any refund. Some contact ni are given there website. We are try to reach them couple of times but no one received the phone.

Dear Sir, On 04 Jun 22 Saturday I was passenger at sbstc route of Kolkata Esplanade to Labpur via Kirnahar. It was my PNR R[protected] and Ticket No. TR6Z94774463. Today my experience was pathetic about this route bus service. The bus was break down due to break system not working properly near notunhat at about 11:30 AM and that time Bus conductor was unable to arrange any machanic for repairing bus or any other sbstc bus .About one hour all passengers were roaming in this hot summer season.It was my third time incident happened with me. I m requesting to you, please take action.

Today 4th Jun 2022, my son and his team mate traveled by SBSTC Bus having ticket number "[protected]",
Bus number "WB59B6940" from Durgapur City Center to Dharmatala kolkata for playing a cricket match organized by The Cricket Association of Bengal. They traveled with there cricket kit which will be less than 10 kgs in weight. During the traveled the contactor has claimed Rs 150.00/- from them and hasn't given any paper/challen/ticket for the same where it's seen in yours rules that upto 12 kgs luggage is free for each person and a proper paper must be given after charging any fine.
But in this case the contractor has created trimandus mental pressure to my son and his friend whose age is below 17 years and claimed the said amount without any proper receipt.
My earnest request to you to look into the matter and take necessary step against this said illigal activities.

I had a booking un bankura to KARUNAMOYEE ac bus of which 3 no seat was broken

Driver over loaded the bus for taking money without giving tickets to people and we who booked earlier tickets are forced to sit inappropriately and the mis behaved with us and driver was with them. Bus having capacity of 50 carried more than 100 and short accident also happed which causes damage to th bus also.
