South Bengal State Transport Corporation [SBSTC] — booking /ticket confirmation sms not received

Dear sir,

I have booked one ticket at 11.00 am suri bound bus on 15/10/2018 (Boarding at kolkata-esplanade) through sbi net-banking. My seat no. Is 8. Though the ticket fare of rs.190 was deducted from my bank account but no confirmation sms was received.
Kindly resolve this issue and oblige as despite paying the full ticket fare it was not confirmed.
