South Bengal State Transport Corporation [SBSTC] — Bus cancel by authority but I didn't get refund

Today, Esplanade to Nandigram bus at 4.45 pm cancel by authority. Although I have a 1 sit booked in that bus. I m trying to get resolved and refund my ticket rent but i didn't get till now. Please help me and my ticket details given in below...
