South Bengal State Transport Corporation [SBSTC] — Bus not coming and no help got from enquiry at durgapur

I booked a ticket on 13th from Durgapur to purulia via Asansol. Time 8:15 am
But waiting for 1 hour at durgapur Sbstc bus stand and asking for status of the bus noone help from enquiry.
So, I booked another ticket for purulia.
Due lack of information and non co-operation from enquiry I was not able to utilise my hard earn money.
Please look into this matter.
