South Bengal State Transport Corporation [SBSTC] — Cancellation of Bus Without Prior notice although online booking has been done

I booked a ticket of BURDWAN TO KARUNAMOYEE AC BUS from RED BUS APP.
The travelling date was 03/01/2023 and time was 3.45 pm.
Although my booking was confirmed but the bus got cancelled without any prior notice although online booking was done.
Refund process is getting delayed unnecessarily.
