The Bus plying from Asansole to Karunamoyee via Durgapur departed at 3.40 p.m. Bus no. WB 39A 0939. The staff standing as conductor rudely and used unconstitutional language and refused to board the Bus. Hope they should be trained properly to behave with passenger gently.
