Sir, Generally, passengers take the morning buses to reach their offices in time bound manner but CNG Buses from Durgapur to Karunamoyee specially that of 06:50 AM, ASN Depot Bus of 08:10 AM from Durgapur to Karunamoyee takes more than half an hour to one hour extra than the diesel run buses of SBSTC. Please do not provide CNG buses in the morning in Kolkata route as these buses runs late makes the passengers inconvenient . Pl consider the same case for buses plying from Durgapur to Kolkata(Esplanade). CNG Buses may be diverted/operated at some other time /route at the discretion of SBSTC.
