I Bishal Barnwal booked two tickets ( seat no 13 and 15) of sbstc bus durgapur to Esplanade timing 12:40 pm. This bus driver and contractor picked up so many local passenger and disturbing us for seat. When we are not allowed for sit besides us then he took extra money (140rs).
