South Bengal State Transport Corporation [SBSTC] — Complaint regarding taking more than 50% passengers | |||
Dear Sir this is to bring to your kind notice that i regularly travel from karunamayee to burdwan (7:45am) and vice versa (4:10pm). the conductor regularly takes more than designated 50% passengers, inspite telling conductors not to take, they never listen. Also everyday 3 to 4 sbstc staff, baring conductor and driver from dunlop, travel via this bus and occupy and travel. they say that rules not applicable for sbstc employess. kindly look into the matter as this has become a regular nuisance Was this information helpful? | |||
