South Bengal State Transport Corporation [SBSTC] — Conductor behaviour is very bad

We are regular passengers from Durgapur to Burdwan. We got the bus from Durgapur at 5.50 last night. But after leaving the bus for a while, the conductor told us to get up from the seat of the bus. When we asked why we would get up? He then says I will put whoever I want in this seat. Then we said that these seats are reserved? If there is, I will get up. He said that there is no reserve, I will seat whomever I want. Then he started cursing us with dirty language. He didn't even use a mask.We told her many times to use a mask, but he didn't. This is a very bad expression for all o[censored]s. State Bus is being insulted for some of the conductors. We want his punishment.the conductor name is sumon das.
