South Bengal State Transport Corporation [SBSTC] — Conductor not willing to go the location maintained in my ticket

While booking the ticket the sbstc member told that the bus will go the location that I asked but after travelling 20 25km the conductor is saying that he will not go to the location mentioned in my ticket. I don't know the route how can I reach home there are no Rapido ola uber.
