Sir, SBSTC bus from Karunamoyee to Durgapur dated 10/09/2021 17:30 hrs is violating covid norms and has allowed more passengers which is absolutely against the Covid rules and violates the Covid regulations for sbstc and may be checked from the CCTV footage available in the bus as a proof. For your kind information and necessary action in this regard. SBSTC is also requested to submit an explanation letter and intimate the action taken against the staff of this bus in this mail as it has caused inconvenience to me and fellow travellers as no one has such rights to violate Covid norms.
