South Bengal State Transport Corporation [SBSTC] — Didn't stop and Harass us

We had a ticket from Durgapur Station to Karunamoyee (Bankura 5.15 AC). The bus didn't stop, didn't pick us up and left. Even when shaking our hands they didn't see at us. When we tried to ask the reason they bullied my mother. Please take drastic action against them. My mother is a patient.
