Online booking of Digha- Burdwan not available. Only ticket avilable at Burdwan or Digha counter. I asked at ticket counter they tell me ticket issued after arrival of bus previous day after 2 P.M. I go there they tell me ticket not available. I find they ticket issued anytime or previous day if I pay pay Rs 50/- extra per head. Why ? I request to higher authority please take necessary action regarding this matter. Conducter and ticket counter. staff corrupted. Please investigate this.
